just been briefly reading your thread and its also 1 cup of sultanas, and its VERY unusual to have the same amount of sultanas as flour. Sounds bad to me.
Well, I thought that was a lot, too.
I'll blame lil_me, as she sent me the recipe.
I've got walnuts too, so there's about 3.5oz chopped walnuts and 4.5oz sultanas. It looks ok, I think:

Personally I wouldnt use it for a butter cream as its very soft. Friend tried it with similar couple of weeks ago and it was runny as hell. Might be ok if you added extra icing sugar. Have you got any Philadelphia or Mascapone cheese insteadMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -

 Philadelphia was a long shot. Mascarpone, well that wasn't very likely, was it? :rotfl:

Ok, I've just checked it....stuck a knife in and it's still gooey inside. The outside looks done though, shall I cover it with foil?If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0
