So is your 82000.
But as I said if they come in with a low valuation painting and tiling isn't going to add value.
As they say you can't polish a turd.0 -
okay i get that but i can aspire for the higher value i went on right move and two houses in my street went for 82000 plus this yeardebts 16550

We bought our house for £160000 in 2009. Got it valued last year and it was £150000. So the house prices went down since. Expect yours going down too.
I work nights too and children shouting at day time doesnt bother me nor people using a lawnmover. Day time is called peak time for a reason. I think you are wrong here expecting people to be quiet at day time.0 -
So would dance music that sounds like someone hammering nails into walls repeatedly bother you??
kids shouting lawn mowers they dont bother me but music being played that loud i can here it in every room in my house that bothers me. I sleep in my sons room that doesnt live with us and i still get woken up by itdebts 16550

Our house valuation results are in , 77000 the current condition , if we tart it up too top top end spec 84000 which is just over what we paid.
We are seeing a mortgage advisor next week then its going on the market.
We dont pay any fees too list the property untill it sells.
My plan is set
increase what i am paying off debts
keep doing work too the place but within reason ie tart it up but not an expensive tart up.debts 16550

Are you planning on buying another property elsewhere? I'd check to make sure you're allowed to increase your borrowing while you're on a dmp (if you can get anyone to lend to you that is).0 -

A roof repair which is around 1000 quid
Then its basically fitting a few internal doors, 1 bedroom at the back has severe damp off the knackered roof so the plaster will need off and taking down too brick.
Our kitchen floor needs replacing which is fine i know someone who can tile at good prices the issue is the kitchen is 23foot by 13 foot. Tiles are gunna cost a bomb. The rest is cosmetic touching up skirting boards/gloss work/ giving the stairs and few rooms a lick of paint.
re dmp i am looking into it. We aren't 100 percent we are gunna list it yet, but its positive steps.debts 16550
