Please can I ask if you have cancelled your direct debits? I am currently about £40 in credit on my gas and electricity. Thank you

On line account working fine. I have logged in and taken a transactions print to keep safe.

Just read my electric meter and I am £8.09 in credit so no big deal as that will be used up in a week.

Submitted read and it is showing in my account.

I've recently been awarded compensation from Iresa by the Ombudsman, which they haven't paid yet.

Anyone know where I stand with getting this? Will the complaint and award to moved to the new supplier?

Should you enter your meter reading taken today on the iresa site or keep it for whoever takes over ?

Personally, I'd do both & take a photo. Belt, braces and a bit of string
