Anyone else received no credit interest on balance for November? I have got October December & all other months.
I have raised a support ticket.0 -
I had interest for November but it was a fair bit less than normal. I guess due to them taking my bill payment multiple times in error and taking the balance down about 90% but not worth complaining for the sake of 13p or something really as chances are it'll probably result in a massive mess with them trying to fix it.0

I have interest for November -but it's too much as it was calculated on the balance before November's charges were taken off -so I expect that the account charges page will be altered AGAIN when they/he realises:rotfl:
EDIT -My Dec. figure is too much for the same reason.0 -

They are in a bit of chaos (have been for a while) but hopefully they've learnt from the bashing than OFGEM has given them (fines and order to go through all gas transactions). Customer Service is still almost non-existent. Twitter DMs and Facebook during the working day appear to be the only way to get any response.
Your money is protected BUT you have to keep constant check on meter reads and transactions; and they don't appear to have a process which allows customers to leave - certainly not one which enables a prompt pay back of any excess credit.
Not sure if anybody can help but have iresa pulled their variable tariff recently?
I did a comparison a few weeks ago and their variable tariff wasn't much more than my current fix. Checked yesterday however and there is now a £200 difference.
Update: Looks like 4 was replaced with 5 on 01/11/17. I definitely did a comparison in the past month.0 -
Don't know if anyone else is looking at their accounts - but mine has changed AGAIN!! They/he has estimated a reading for end of December and raised a charge for the days/units used plus somehow the interest figure for end of November has been increased. Haven't managed to tie it all up yet via my spreadsheets but all these on the fly alterations suggest that someone is treating their accounting system like a development project!!0

Funnily enough my interest for November seems to have just disappeared! I was sure it was there on my last reply. I raised a support ticket anyway as it does look like everything keeps changing in there. October and November bills are lumped into one bill period (1st Oct to 30th Nov)0

Looks like they've got all transactions updated to end Dec, whether by "Routine" or "Estimated" Reads; presumably with the intention of running another billing cycle in a few days time.0

Is it worth all the time and trouble to save a few £s? I gave my monthly electricity meter reading to Bulb on Thursday and got a statement of account by e-mail overnight. Zog takes a week to e-mail me my gas statement but it is always accurate. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Problem is two fold for me 1. IRESA are still comfortably cheapest leccy supplier for me (Bulb is more than a few ££s extra!!) and 2. they have about two months credit currently. I'll be reviewing again in March when this fix ends.
Looking at others experiences with credit balances if I decide to leave I'll cancel my DD in advance to run down the balance.0 -

Not if you play them at their own game. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
