    Not necessarily. The snake we ordered was £600. So there's not many worth more than that.

    Apologies if I missed this, but what is the value of the snake you received; the one 10 times bigger.

    From my research the snake we received is worth approximately £50 less than we paid for ours.

    He is NOT your snake, but... As they said they could not collect him for 3 weeks, then for the sake of animal comfort, you had to but a new 'house' for him.

    You should be reimbursed for the new house, but should hand it back to the company if they pay for it.

    Or keep the snake and pay the difference in price if they allow this. It is their decision though.
