Would you keep a animal in a unsuitable enclosure for 3 weeks until he can correct his mistake.
Which is suitable for a snake 10x smaller than it?
Pretty sure that would be animal cruelty.
How have you lost money, the snake you're meant to have will be using the tank when the issue is resolved.
No I wouldn't, I also wouldn't accept a delivery I knew was incorrect.0 -

Contacted him as soon as I got home and noticed it was the incorrect snake.
He can collect when he is next in the area in 3 weeks time.0 -

Okay Imagine you are the buyer of Snake B, and you have no snake. You'd feel a bit cross now?
Now accept that and give them HIS snake back and look forward to your snake getting here and having a fabulous big enclosure to grow up in.0 -

How long after was contact made with the seller? Was this initiated by you or him and what was said?
Contacted The seller to make sure he gave the courier the correct snake. He said yes. So we then contacted the courier.
It's my girlfriends snake for her birthday, but we've both fell in love with the one which got delivered.
We have no issue with giving it back if I'm obliged, I just wanted to see if we have to give it back because we both like it so much.0 -

I wish it was that simple.
I have messaged the courier to see if he will ask the guy who bought Snake B if I could purchase it.0
