Unfortunately the one for 5k requires people who have Type 2 diabetes, and if you don't, well it starts next Tuesday so that's probably not enough time!
Seriously, thanks for posting the link.
These things aren't for me, but I'm sure they might be useful for others.0 -

I had a look but they are all in Leeds. I don't think I would ever risk my health for money either.Minimalist

Thought you were going to say: "I don't think I would ever risk my health by going there"!
:rotfl:
I shouldn't really. I lived there as a child and loved it. Hated leaving when I was 12.
£6.12 made on ebay today. Still little amounts. I want the 'big stuff' to sell.
ETA I have a bid on a 1967 magazine:j:j:j:j

I originally signed up via an ad in the local paper asking for people aged 60+ for studies. I get called up usually once or twice a year (4 times this year so far !).
But I see no reason why a university may not be approached direct, the psychology and nutrition departments do the studies. Of course for all you youngsters the age limit will be a factor !
I do a LOT of surveys, and have worked up gradually to earning around £2000 p/a, but as a pay-per-hour enterprise it is a pittance. I just happen to enjoy them and am therefore happy to devote a lot of time to them. Being on the books of so many companies gives me access to other things like Boots product testing (haven't needed to buy any moisturiser for over 5 years), and a variety of online communities giving feedback to eg insurance companies or manufacturers who desire consumer participation in product development. So I do pretty well out of my online activities but it is VERY VERY time-heavy.0 -

How do you find out about university programs?
I did a google search of the local university and added 'paid research'. As a result quite a few came up. I have to say that despite registering for around 5 I haven't heard from any of them. Because I am midway between Carlisle and Newcastle I searched for all those I felt I could easily travel to. I then registered Mr P as he would have to drive me so he is going anyway if I get called up. Fingers crossed we all get some research work. I don't want medical research but don't mind nutritional or sleep studies.
Today I have sold more little things on 3bay and have the grand total of £5.45 to add to my total. beanie I had a look for lucky phone and there were a few. Can you post a link please?business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
