    Cash back paid 7th with date added of 8th. Correctly rounded up on whole month's spend.

    when I go on the TSB web site and payment options it said you should click on the setting up DD button- What button? Bit glitchy so far!

    Anyone found the Direct Debit button on their website yet?

    I want to set up to pay full amount each month by DD but still no button showing?

    I do have a 'Ways to pay' tab. Maybe, if I hadn't set up my DD when I applied, I should expect to find an option there?

    There is a link there to 'Amend a DD' but it doesn't work :-(

    Yes I too have a ways to pay tab which takes you to the DD options, first option is for sole account holder and tells you to use the missing button, the second option is for joint account holders requiring two signatures and gives a link which doesn't work either...:(

    Ahh thought it was just me ?? I haven't activated the card yet,is this happening to people who HAVE activated the card ?

    My second card arrived a couple of days ago, again not contactless.
    I had to ring to activate it so asked why not contactless, the lady was surprised and said I will order two contactless cards for you, no problem.

    Also asked about Direct Debit and the missing button, she spoke to Internet banking and came back with something about some browsers prevent it from showing???

    I use Firefox, haven't tried any other browsers, but not really a good excuse, anyway she offered to set it up for me, so did, it only took a couple of minutes and is now showing in my online bank.

    It's not a browser issue as I've tried IE, Edge, Safari and Chrome.
    It looks like they've forgotten the button and the link is broken.

    Yes I thought as much, if it was just a browser issue I would think it would be easy to fix.

    Our contactless replacement cards arrived yesterday, also Direct Debit all set up okay. :)
