TSB is now giving 1% cashback on their platinum credit card, providing you also have a Classic Plus account.

Cashback limited to £500 spend per month, ending 30/9/17.

http://www.tsb.co.uk/credit-cards/

It's being promoted to new customers, but it's also available to existing credit card customers, -I've had an email from them today telling me about it.

Thanks for posting this. I've just applied and the cashback combined with long 0% will be good for some minor stoozing.

I have a good credit report and they exceeded the credit limit that I asked for.
Now I can close my Cap1 card that has a large limit but no longer provides cashback. Will stick with Aqua as a backup and for 0% forex.

Applied, very quick and offered more than asked for. ;) Card number / details sitting in my TSB account already. Now up to 155% of my annual income :o Stop using my old MBNA and Cap1, Santander for fuel and dept stores only and build this up to maximum stooze. Might have to open another current account somewhere now to stash the stooze. A shame you have to fill in a paper form and post it for additional card holder.

I might have clicked the wrong link when signed in as it wanted me to set up internet banking again :(

Is there any way to get this connected with my other accounts?

It says on the site that existing customers should apply in branch.

I ignored this and went through the normal application. When it asked me to register for internet banking I chose no but the card did show up after the application in internet banking.

However if you made a new online account I believe it is necessary to phone them so they can merge the accounts.

Ah, no need to panic, it's showed up now.

I only really wanted a new 0% purchases card to pay for my BT line rental advance over a year, but I might actually use this for day-to-day as it will outdo my Asda card on cashback now.

Just read terms and conditions. 1% cashback is applicable until end of september 2017 (13 months from now).
