Awww thank you Dolly. I find yours (and others) really so helpful. Will read for as long as you are posting which wont be for much longer at the rate you are going.

I think for the moment i need to post morning and evening and write down how the day has gone.
Today i just spent £7 in lidl so cant argue with that. Very good for a sunday. Very quiet day study, x factor, facemask, Not much else. Eaten too much definitely but not worried, as long as its in my kitchen. Need to stop going out for dinner and have more dinners at home. Near enough full cupboards and full freezer. No starvation here. So all good for the moment. A good 24 hours. 8 days to payday and the clearing of the overdraft.

Ramble we crossed posts! Thanks so much for your support. Love your diary too! I do feel its about to get a whole lot better but im breaking it down into 24 hour blocks for the now. Makes my head a bit clearer.

I will be here for years, plan is to get debt free, save for a deposit, buy a house, become mortgage free then start thinking about retirement planning.

God I literally have my whole life planned out :rotfl:

Sounds like a great Sunday you had, I also ate way too much but like you say not too worried if I do put on any weight it will come back off again.

Hello lovely ladies. Thank you all so much. Much sense has been spoken. I am on board. Lets all take on this week together and spend as little as possible.
Today is NSD. No 2 ways about it! Not much more to add on that. NSD covers it all really. I've got outfits for the week and i know what I am going to eat and where i am going to go.

7 days to payday hurray! Although once it arrives it's not to be spent spent but that's for another day.

So today was NSD. Very pleased I managed to not make the situation worse. I did look up cosmetic surgery prices for next year. I do feel this is essential if I get a work bonus. Not the ones that cost thousands, just the minor ones.

So today went to plan. Made lunch for tomorrow which should put me on right track. Need to take enough things to eat to work and then not go out for lunch. Then come home, lock the door and stay in. Simple.

Next month mbna £7900, loan £1838, sainsbury £3010, overdraft nil and credit card tbc.

Annoying email from mbna advising they are delaying the direct debit by 7 days from now on. How can anyone think this is remotely helpful! Annoying as so far they have been very good. I will give them a call to see about putting it back to the right date.
Not long to go now. 11 days to october and 7 to payday.

Have a read of Martins blog about the MBNA date thing. You need to factor in the extra interest you will be accumulating to see if you need to change how much you are putting towards it
