Good Morning All,
Well the vino in front of the fire didn't happen last night, DH was very late home so I spent the time making his lunch for today and doing some laundry. I am having a girly day out tomorrow with a friend so want to make sure I am ahead on the lists!
Just decluttering a cuppa whilst the kiddies have brekkie. TD has been unloaded and burgers taken out of the freezer for tea.I'm just going to make myself an omelette then crack on with the list for today.
Have lovely days all xxMFW

I've had a leisurely breakfast and now need to finish packing before the final work session. The journey home starts after lunch, with the flight due to land at 22:15 local time. Hopefully DH will be there on time to meet us.
It's been a very good week re work, and I can't remember the last time I only prepared one meal in 7 days. Breakfast today included cake that obviously needed decluttering, so I obliged (but only a very small piece). Hopefully the SW scales will be kind - I have only eaten two ice creams all week despite the glorious weather.
Hope everyone has a productive day, and that offspring are enjoying their week off and not causing too much mayhem.0 -
This morning I am going to be giving my sister's kitchen a thorough clean. It's a Victorian house with stupid features like high ceilings which means stepladders. *shudder*Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Morning!
DD is over the moon this morning - yesterday she wished she could have a little "creative area" of her own but in the living room. Last night, after juggling a pile of DVDs out of their cabinet, and pinching a cork board from my office, she has just that. It's honestly nothing amazing (nor permanent thankfully) but it's hers and she loves it
We were heading to a park today for a belated birthday treat for DS - the trains don't run in Jan so we said in the spring hols. But the forecast is grim. So we are thinking of play barn instead. Which could be equally grim, lol.
So, LR is already sorted although I might wipe over the TV corner. We've been carpet sweeping every day. DD is wiping over the table after brekkie bless her, she wants to put it back in her "creative area". She's even made a sign for it. What a sweetie :happyhearBossymoo

Morning all.
Been up since 5.30 as I had a nightmare and couldn't get back to sleep. Not good since I was still awake at 1am. I'm in my scruffs as I want a shower later before we go out to Mr A but I didn't want to wake DD so I've done a wash load, pegged it out, put another on (which is nearly finished) and let Zack wake up DD at 7.30 :rotfl: I have work to do today which I'll get on with soon once I've woken up properly. On my second coffee and I'm still feeling sleepy.
In addition to the fly list (which I'm getting DD to help with) today's plan looks like this in theory:
- Mr A (jeans for DD & groceries)
- Newsletters & books sorted & put out to customers.
- Deliveries this evening (only 2 re-arranged so far, 1 I'm waiting on hearing from which leaves us with 16 to deliver)
- DD is ironing whether she likes it or not
- Update household accounts due to bills going out today
Anything else is a bonus. Off to make another coffee :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Morning,
My plan today is to do the dailies, then start on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's lists. I'm at mum and dads tomorrow and Friday as they are looking after small people for us. So trying to squeeze three days flying into one. Also I'm looking after my friends daughter from 11.00, and need to walk the dog. Oh and the builder is still here and we all have a big hole at the top of the stairs (which is looking more like a window now) Best crack on then! Hugs all round x0
