Hello Elaine - welcome to the gang
Not much flying done today, but did zip round the caravan kitchenette, so that's clean and tidy ready for the morning.
I did attempt to clean the fish tank, but somehow the huge bright red bucket I use has vanished off the face of the Earth! I can't find it anywhere, which is completely baffling. I'll have to get another one tomorrow as the poor fish desperately need fresh water, poor things.
I need to do a meal plan before I go shopping tomorrow but hoping the engineer to move the electricity meter calls early with all the materials we will need, so I can try to make the most of the day.
We've had glorious weather again today and despite sunscreen, I have a pink nose0 -
Welcome Elaine X
Boys's room decorating complete (apart from the door frame which has a peeling paint issue. However much I sand it, it keeps peeling off.). Ds2 helped me put his belonging back and let another box of stuff go.
DH is off work again tomorrow so I will be properly in from Wednesday. It is half term here.
Dizzy hope your nose is too sore x
Hugs, sticks, spoons available as required help yourselves.
Valli I think I could sleep on a penny hang as well. I once slept on a ship's windowsill.
CY glad you are taking things easy. Best wishes to you. X0 -
Can't sleep so have for up and had a mooch online. It has suddenly dawned on me that I have 120 people coming for a christening on Sunday and I have been far too laid back with it all.
I still need to:
-buy plates, normal balloons and something to scatter on the tables
- buy helium balloons
- try my new out fit on to check it fits!!
- try dds outfit on to check it fits!!
- decide what the boys are wearing
- buy a christening guest book
- Write a list for food left to buy. (I wasn't going to do sandwiches and was going to just do fresh bread for people to slice and butter themselves but OH is insisting we do sandwiches!! Just been researching sandwich platters and have seen that Mr m do 20 portions for £6. Not very thrifty but will save a lot of faffing on the morning!!)
So tomorrow s list is as follows-
Wm
Dw
Sort out christening!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fit last two remaining door handles!
Terrible Tuesday ~ Master bedroom
Vacuum floors
Dust and deweb.. inc bed frame!!
Extras
Sort out hats
Wipe hand rails on stairs
Water plants
Order christening balloons
Hoover stairs

Just woke up ( call of nature) to find I was not alone. The cat previously known as the young cat, appears to have realised she is now THE CAT and has taken to sleeping on my bed. I am attempting to stop this, not least because she has brought in livestock. Saturday night I had to get back up to supervise mouse removal we had to catch it first. So DW and WM have been switched on and mobile set to charge.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Good Morning all,
We spent yesterday afternoon cracking on with the lists so the house is looking pretty ship-shape today. I have already unloaded and reloaded the DW, and the WM is doing its thing. Just need to pay a bill online then breakfast time.
Hoping the kiddies play well today, DS spent longer on the naughty step than anywhere else yesterday!
Have lovely days all xMFW
