Give it 6m and you could try for a Tesco foundation card it's got a better rate plus clubcard points!0

After 6 months you could see if they will upgrade you to the cashback card and if managed well after 12 months see if they will reduce the interest rate. If paid in full each month they should do both of the above0

Yeah my mum has the tesco one she thinks it's a great card. That would be brilliant if they upgrade my card within a year.!! It will be managed well. Can I make a payment straight after using my card, and also if I used my card on a purchase at 250 (my limit) then pay it off a day later, will my balance be credited with another 250. Or do i only get that once a month?0

You probably want to spend a little less than your limit. Ideally pay it off after you've received the monthly statement as this is what is recorded by the credit reference agencies, and if you pay immediately it may look like you are not using your card at all.
You can make payments within the month if you get close to your limit and when these clear you can then use the card as the credit limit is freed up again.0 -
Thank you, yeah I was just using that as an example! I am only planning on using a little each week. It's just so I know that if I pay off and start using it again I won't be billed for spending over the 250 in the month0
