Ironing pile now reduced to one basket. Finally posted a pic of our cat on FB, took me a week. Was thinking about changing my location but I don't particularly want to draw attention to my Eeyore state of mind, because I am an optimist at heart and that Valli will shine through soon, I hope. Am grateful for the support of you, my online friends and my RL friends too.

    Evening folks

    Today I've done 2 x WM and 2 x TD

Tidied and cleaned the front porch and door
Juggled some pennies on the bank accounts

This afternoon I walked down to our community centre. Mr Li*l has applied to build a new, larger store quite close to me and it was the day for the public consultation. Was quite interesting and it will be a much better store than the present one. I signed to support their proposal so will have to wait to see if it gets through planning.

    Hi flyfriends x
    No flying here :(
Left for work this morning at 7.30am with precious little sleep, so you'll know I had a hundred things to do when I got to work and everyone wanted a piece of me!
Dropped HRH at dancing when I finished then came home and flopped into bed. Wouldn't probably have got back up but DS2 phoned from Madrid, sounds like he's having a ball!

Can I just say you'll all miss those wee toys that are so messy now when they aren't there any more. I love it when my wee grandson is here and scatters his toys, somehow it feels more like home!

I don't miss the toys.. not ever! We had just got to the point of no toys when I had Squeak.. I loathe them even more now than I did before!

finished off a rather funky scarf thing about 5 minutes ago.

Pi sat outside doing his 'Simons cat' impression lmao.

    Good Morning All,

I am in today as well. Frizzle - you have achieved so much with your decorating all whilst having Little Miss to look after - well done you!

As well as the official lists, today I must list something on eBay. We have some vintage Pink Pyrex which I understand sells fairly well - I need the money and space! Also DD has some Disney princess Vans which were silly money to buy new but were given as a gift. She has now outgrown them so off to eBay they go! Had a successful Gumtree sale last night of a toddler bed so thats more pennies in the pot!

Yesterday was a write off as DS was a clumsy little lad all day and badly scraped his knee and his toe so he wanted cuddles all afternoon. I think I will treat him to some cake at a nice local coffee shop whilst DD is at pre-school

    Have lovely days all xx

    Morning everybody :):):)

I ended up doing no flying last night... I ended up being at my SILs until 9.45pm, then I had to run home for my Te$co delivery, put that away, then eat dinner. Luckily there was enough LO pasta bake in the fridge from Sunday that I heated that up for me and OH. Then I bunged the mess in the DW had a cuppa and flopped into bed!

Today I would like to be a bit more productive! Right, best do job number 1 and take the dried clothes off the airer before I dash off for work. The kitchen will look a bit tidier without that taking up all the floor space...

Have a lovely day everyone xx
