    Welcome Eyebright

I'm trying to be inspired by all you early risers and be a little less nocturnal and less slothful. So, so far I have
    - sorted more clothes for charity bag being collected Fri
    - washed up grotty pans which were soaking from last night
    - watered all upstairs plants
    - put away clothes lurking on floordrobe
OK that's it, don't get too excited. Just had a text from Mr N to say he's taking the afternoon off so we're meeting at the nursery to buy some baby............osteosperms. We did a walk round the garden yesterday eve making a list of all the things we'd like to achieve this year, from sowing the rest of the seeds to putting up a new pergola as ours is rotten.

So it must be head down in a report and a bit of my course today as I'm meeting him at 1pm and need to have achieved a lot.

ATB.. I have 3 reception rooms.. the one I sit in has a toy ban.. they have them in the front room which has a trofast storage unit with boxes.. anything that doesnt fit in there goes in their bedroom.. I loathe toys. I have regular culls.

1 more walked school run before half term.. yippee!!! I hate them, they nearly kill me!

binmen are slacking today.. they have emptied the composty waste but not the black bins.. I may go fill them up.. :) .. any excuse! They better not think they are not doing our street again or I will not be a happy bunny!

knitting until nursery pick up I think.

Ooh.. my old engagement ring just sold for £92 too.. and they paid up straight away :) I'll get that gone this afternoon :D

Morning all, and  to new and returning Flyladies.

I slept badly again but got rid of two paperwork jobs between 2 - 4:00 :D and then went back to sleep for a couple more hours. DH has gone off to Wales today with the U3A Canals Group. He had originally paid for me to go too, but I pulled out because I need to get things sorted and packed before I go away tomorrow (DH will not be coming, as it's a business trip). I'm enjoying the peace and space while I can. Fortunately someone else wanted my place so DH got half his money back.

I didn't do any cleaning yesterday because the Dr rang me with my blood test results and sent me for yet another blood test. Apparently I have Vitamin D deficiency (often caused by lack of sunshine) which could be all that's making me so tired, but there might be something else going on - though no suggestion of anything sinister.

Yesterday I managed to pack up the presents and clear almost all the paperwork in the study bedroom, so it is free for one of tonight's visitors :)

    Today's list:
    [STRIKE]
    - map
    - ChV1 form to HMRC
    - strip bed
    - make up DH's packed lunch
    - take DH to meeting point for coach
    - deliver letter to S
    - call in at @1d! for bits of fruit, veg and yogurt (how do we get through the stuff so quickly?)[/STRIKE]
    - WM [STRIKE]x1[/STRIKE] x2 x3
    [STRIKE]- finance check, transfer money[/STRIKE]
    - email A, R, [STRIKE]A2[/STRIKE]
    - clean bathroom
    - clean BR 1 + 2 and landing
    - hoover upstairs and stairs
    - clean LR
    - clean guest BR and ensuite
    - clean DR and kitchen
    - hoover downstairs
    - mop floors
    - eyebrows 12:45
    - pack
    - plant out a few small plants in rockery and back garden (Narc0, I have osteospermum envy - no time to get any this week!)
    - remake bed
    - collect DH from coach
    - evening meal is leftovers :D
    - 2 visitors arriving (separately) at about 8 - 8.30 pm
    - early bed for everyone: need to be up at 03:00 tomorrow

It looks a lot, but everywhere is tidy. I'll update my progress before I go out to get my eyebrows done.

(((Hugs))) to all who need one. Hope everyone has a good day x

    Morning all.

    Eyebright - Welcome :hello:

Hugs, sticks, spoons, vibes etc as appropriate to all

Work today and it's not going well. I over slept, ran out to see a customer to collect their order and deliver their last one, came home via the corner shop to buy lunch and somehow its 11.20am and I've hardly done anything! I've managed the dailies upstairs, put some stubborn clothes in the TD as they're not drying on the line, put a wash load of clothes in and that's it. I'm only on the computer so I can sort out an online order someone sent me at 11pm last night!

Flying wise today will be towels wash x 2 and hanging them out, and putting away a Mr A delivery when it arrives later. I'm not going to even try to fit anything else in until my order is ready to submit.

Right I best get on or I'll get sucked into the internet again

I'm cream crackered...rushed round all morning cleaning to a standard fit for visitors, then my friend cancelled as she got called into work...Oh well, everything looks and smells delish.

ATB - we have a playroom, but it's in the house, so during the day when we're in the caravan, the boys have a couple of boxes full of toys to play with. They do try to sneak more in under the radar, but not much contraband gets through. Like Pigpen, I regularly cull.

Oh my, I sooo misread that :rotfl: Fairly choked on my sandwich laughing!

Waving to Mr Iona - weather is glorious here today. Hope he has fun on the water. Boo to having to go for another blood test Ionafan - fingers crossed the tiredness is down to something simple to fix xxx

    Hugs to all x

It doesn't look a lot in 2 hours, but I have done a couple of extra little jobs as I've gone round, e.g. watered all the pot plants (DH will forget them :p)

Back to the dusting and hoovering in a mo.

Thanks for all you input on toys ladies. DD actually prefers having her toys in her room, they are mainly princess type things which she doesn't like DS touching!

We have lots of lego and cars downstairs, I think the rest of the stuff can go in DS room. The dratted toy kitchen still lurks though! I too hate toys Pigpen. Our kids get bought so much stuff despite repeated requests at Xmas and birthday not to buy them much - it really riles me.

Just decluttering a cuppa then off to sort the kitchen x

    Wanders back in

I have high dusted with my fake feather stick thingy, so all spiders webs are now gone, not too sure if there were any, but gone they are.

About to check the bank and shuffle money as as it is, luck would have it, pay day is soon, thank goodness, I have loads of NSD this month!

TV licence bought on line, via my savings pot.

I have toy issues too. They have too many. DD has her mostly in her room, but it's tiny things like mini tea sets for her barbie dolls and toy jewellery that just get everywhere. We've recently culled Barbies's clothes...

DS however, gets "lonely" playing in his room. He does have a train set up there but his cars p, hot wheels tracks and Lego are all downstairs in the conservatory. He also has a huge flexitub of wooden railway bits - rarely plays with them but he's not ready to give them up yet... Wonder if he would sell it for more pocket money?

Bit by bit I keep weeding them out...

Really trying to concentrate on paid stuff - not doing a great job!

I have a Harvey Nich's gift card though. Lord knows what I'll buy.
