Hugs bossy, have a glass to wind down and sit with a book or spend an hour on pintrest looking at sarcastic parenting pins. They always manage to raise a laugh for me
Pigpen is right granny's might be very appealing when it's a treat and they are just there being spoilt and cosseted but I think granny would be appalled if she was told what had happened and she might not be so willing to let them get away with too much in future.
    Have a virtual hug.

  • Evening,

I haven't flown today, it's been a bad day really, had some terrible news about a friend.

Oh Bossy, hope you're having that wine. I know exactly where you are coming from. Mine are 8 and nearly 6(so I think similar ages to yours) and I swear some days they drive me bonkers, and the dog is more house trained.

LW have a great holiday, I'm jealous, the fjords are on my wish list x

Iona thanks for the advice about not panicking, I do write lists but they tend to be in a random order. I need to be more focused. I picked up a prescription today for iron tablets today, as my blood test results came back and I am quite anaemic. Hoping I will soon have boundless energy.

    Hi all x
No flying here, by the time I got myself together, found and wrote out 70 quiz questions, HRH was in from school so I fed her and got ready for work. So I'm not long in from work absolutely shattered. Off to my bed now I'm a 8 am start  but finish at 5 so will get some flying done when I get home.

    Good Morning all,

I am dog tired today, been up half the night coughing and spluttering with this silly cough. On the plus side my to-do list is looking a lot shorter than it was, and we have been invited to a friend's for lunch so no midday cooking for me. So far I have:

    - Refereed an argument over a toot toot garage (children pushing me to my limits and it wasnt even 7am!)
    - Loaded DW and WM
    - Loaded car with stuff to take to chazza
    - Made a short shopping list

Right, time to get DD ready for pre-school and surgically remove the ipad from DS.

Bossy - I hope today is better

    xx

    Morning all
Hugs, good wishes, coping with what ever the day and the children throw at you vibes, along with sticks and spoons.
Being optimistic I've hung a load of washing out as I've got work all day, sweetpeas have been tied up to their net as they've had a growth spurt in the recent rain, breakfast pots washed just got to straighten the settees then I'm about ready.
Will dyson through and catch up with lists toninght.

    Have a good day all

    Edit
Bossy just seen you are on strike, I hope it goes well and they learn quickly
