Not sure if 2 days is enough for Octopus to produce a statement.If you submit a reading on-line to Octopus, you usually get an email with a statement attached within a couple of hours.For example, we help an older relative and they submitted a reading this morning and by 10AM they received an up to date statement for the last month.1

Really easy to switch, very good communication from start to finish

FWiW, in my opinion, Octopus has one of the best dedicated smart meter teams in the industry. Octopus identified an issue with my particular model of electricity meter; they notified me of the problem; they arranged a replacement meter/visit, and offered compensation.2 -

Octopus didn't even install the meters but sorted out the problem anyway !
