Hi all, I complained littlewoods and very and how they did not consider circumstances when giving me my accounts and credit in 2013.

asked for all entries to be removed from credit report and all fee's and interest returned.

very\littlewoods did not appear on my experian credit file before this point just my equifax with AP markers. (which I was never told would happen if I agreed a pay the debt.

they did not place a default etc i was about 2 payments late when I spoke with them.

now tonight a day after complaining, out of the blue shop direct i.e littlewoods\very have added the accounts to my experian.

To me this seems pretty fishy and can they actually do this as it seems they are trying to cover tracks etc and make out the accounts were reported correctly to the credit references

anyone had this occur before?

They don't need to report to all CRAs (or any of them) so I don't see what tracks they're trying to cover.

well my complaint boils down to whether my suitability was reviewed accurately and whether them apply 700 credit limits was a good idea on someone who already told them he was having money troubles.

so if I was to approach the fos the first question they would likely ask is if they did a check correctly. now reporting and searching are different things I know but why now decide to report properly after 3 years of not, all due to my complaint.

I also asked for the accounts to be closed down over 3 months ago with letters and phone calls and emails and they still state even the new entry as my account as being opened.

I have to ask.......did you consider your own circumstances before applying for the accounts?
asked for all entries to be removed from credit report and all fee's and interest returned.

What, if anything has changed since applying/opening the accounts? 3 years has passed now, which is quite a long time to reconsider a credit agreement.

I'm not having a pop, honestly, but more information will get you a more tailored response.

Agreed, we can advise the OP on their initial complaint. The only thing I can say with confidence is them reporting you to another CRA doesn't matter.

I did consider it. I paid it back in full. I was offered the account and credit limit applied I have mouths to feed and backs to clothe. I didn't say I was justified however the system the use is pretty flawed and they did trap me with stuff like a 4 week billing system so I got paid on x day every month paid over often what I owed I decided after 2 late payment warnings the account was to much trouble so I rang them up and ask to get it cleared down which I did in 6 months but I was not informed if the negative ap markers that were placed on my credit file.they can report what they want. But why now decide to change the reporting it's off the back of my complaint and underhand in my opinion. Just needed some advice as to how any would handle this others have complained about very and littlewoods on this board before.

I don't see an angle for mis-selling here, only mis-buying.

See it how you want to see it. It's not your decision to make and you have no idea of circumstance. You don't know mine and I don't know yours.

    Its an advice forum,

I asked for advice not for judgement.

I doubt it. Companies don't manage accounts at that level or engage new CRAs for single accounts.

Well it's strange it's now appeared and just one account littlewoods.

Which raised my alarm I've decided to ask them via resolver where I made my complaint

Why bother posting if you're going to bull-headely charge into the nearest lamp-post.

Let me put it another way. You have no case. Drop it, or spend a lot of money (yours and/or Littlewoods) having the FOS come to the same conclusion.
