Evening all. Just back from quiz night, lets just say we didn't come last.

Bed time now, time to take the make up off and see if I still look like a colander. Good job I wear sunscreen or it could be worse.

Washing the dogs bowls can wait till the morning.
Spend less now, work less later.

Good evening everyone, It has been a lovely warm day here today, which has helped my productivity. I am just going to update my list and then head to bed as it is going to be a very busy week.

    Manic Monday
Take photos of things that are for sale
Clean the hob, it will probably need a scrub as dh made a curry for tea tonight
Take old printer to the tip, I had to get a new one today, as my old one was refusing to work
    Declutter and mop/vacuum floor
    Clear and wipe work surfaces
    Wipe the table

    Tuesday
    Get a quick shower
Feed animals and let the chickens out
Get the kids ready and where they need to be
    Do daily check on sites
    Quick check of emails
    Do 1 load of washing
    Paid stuff
Sort out trade account for work
Get more paint, as I ran out whilst painting ds2's room and got one wall left to do (remember to use voucher)
Sort through ds2's toys - remove broken/old ones
    Finish painting ds2's bedroom
    Fill in DVLA paperwork
    Post the paperwork
    Fill in expenses form
    Collect kids from the childminder
Close the chickens away before dark
Spend 3 hours on course work
    Catch up with emails
Sort clothes and bags for Wednesday
    Catch up with thread
Update list and decide on list for Wednesday

I think that is everything for tomorrow, so for now its time to get some rest. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday x

    Rocks up late
    Thanks for the thread
    Have read through (((hugs))) Katiecat

Went for my HRT review and nurse informed me I needed my asthma review so she said she might as well do it as I was there (common sense decision IMO and saves me traipsing again another day) so yes Piggers go for it - there are good GP practices out there.

Anyway washing done yesterday and just woke so put DW and WM on
Not much flying time available but house tolerable. Sisters birthday this weekend, want to visit so don't expect to get much done for the foreseeable.

Mind you I could get up now and clean. Or go back to sleep... Decisions decicizzzzzzz
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm in this week I'm not completed a whole week yet but I find I am looking forward to seeing what is coming up on the list of tasks. I find if I concentrate on just the task list and do as much as I can it makes a big difference rather than trying to do the whole room or house from top to bottom in a day. Thanks ladies!

Yesterdays Kitchen list made a massive difference some of the things on the list were filthy and I didn't even really notice before! I didn't spend too long (I'm no perfectionist!) so I didn't manage to shift it all but I figured next time I do it it will look even better :j

Hugs good wishes, coping vibes sticks and spoons where needed
Busy today, only in work for a couple of hours but got mils cleaning to to, some paperwork to do and send back, some shredding to go through, plants to water, ironing pile to clear (but laundry basket is now empty) and some more lasts and seeds to put out, it rained overnight but don't think it was enough to excuse watering duty.
Bought dd1 dyson off her it's the little silver/purple pull along one, my dc01 was about on its last legs, will give it a good test round today and if Im happy with it I plan to ring local dyson repair guy and see if he can use all my old for spares machines rather than taking to the tip.

    Have a good day all

  • Morning,

Quick hello before school run and paid stuff, yesterday was a write off as barely had time to eat! Jazee, colander made me laugh! (sorry)

Piggers Go for it, there are better GP's around. Ours isn't perfect but I've never struggled to get an urgent appointment. Yesterday dd2 cut her leg at school. They patched her up but it was quite a deep cut. OH took her down to the doctors (without an appointment - I wouldn't have done this!) to see they could see the nurse, in case it needed anything else doing to it. He said the nurse sqeezed them in and was very nice. He was impressed.

Anyway must go, will post list later x

    Morning all

Finally finished work at 10pm last night! Good job my sneaking skills are improving as I had 26 postcards to put through peoples doors and a lot of customers would have had small children in bed by the time I left at 9pm to put them out. Only 2 squeaky gates to deal with and no dogs barking this time :D I still didn't get the newsletters sorted, thats todays job. However I need to go to Mr A this morning (despite having a delivery coming today), as I ran out of sticky notes and I need them for work. I'm also going to pick up a couple of bits I forgot to order like decaf coffee and spread. :o You know, the basics :rotfl::rotfl: I would have added them to the order last night when I remembered, but it was 1am and I'd woken up on the sofa after sitting down for a coffee around 10.30.

Kaz - I feel the same way about doing my accounts. I got up to Christmas on the software, but I have everything relevant scribbled on paper and filed accordingly. I might actually make that this weekends job since DD is going away if I don't make plans with friends to do stuff.

    So today's plan:

    Tuesday:
Dailies: Beds, dishes, laundry load?, S&S kitchen, S&S bathroom,
Work: Sort orders, newsletters, (books out if I have time) deliveries.
    Mr A (shop & delivery)
    Tea : No idea :(

Right, I'm going to write my shopping list and then head out to Mr A.
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
