Sorry to hear your news LS. Take care on the drive.
I have not gone to work today, as my cold has got the better of me. It sounds absolutely pathetic, but I have felt awful and looked awful, and my lips have all frayed!
Just watched The Great British Sewing Bee. I would like to be inspired to make something, but just haven't got the energy today! Will continue to loll on the sofa waiting for my 'get up and go' to find me!
DH had yesterday off and looked much better this morning, so I am hopeful for tomorrow.

Would love to have a meet up either in Chester or possibly up to Di's dependant on when obviously

Would love to meet up snap as Cheshire Oaks is only 25 mins away. Unfortunately I have to take my mum to the dentist that day but I will see if I can allocate this to someone else!. Remind us nearer the time please snap as I am sure emerald would come too:)

Been doing this bit of garden from 8.30 till 5 with a short break for dinner . It's not the best but you should have seen it before lol. Mainly making do with what I had apart from the flowers and the surround. I am absolutely shattered. Don't want to be doing it too often nowadays.;)0 -
I will probably just put a step counter on my phone - I know that between 10 and 15 k steps my legs are throbbing so that's a good indicator.
I did find the motion vibrate useful - you can set it to whatever you want so I set it to 45 mins - if I am glued to the chair and not moved it then vibrates so it reminds me to get up and move about
I also liked the gentle vibrate as an alarm call in the morning, less nerve wrecking than the alarm clock and I need 2 alarm clocks
But not I would not get another and I would not recommend them
Ahh, two features I never used /felt the need to use. I wake up naturally around 5am:)Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
