    I'm just checking if there are some apples, or other fruit, at 'cheap' prices in T (which is near to me) but it looks like there are not. T are so cynical - one week an item is on offer price - the 610g pears at 69p? - now they are £1.29:mad:.

    Not mad of course - purely, from their POV, good business sense. But, still, pure cynical. Possibly the cynicism of capitalism:rotfl:. But we won't go there.

    I think a healthy dose of cynicism on our part is the way to 'beat' it;). And only ever buy the loss 'leaders' from businesses without buying anything else. So that they become the pure loss..., rather than being the "leaders" (into purchases of something else). The loss - and delete the word "leader" as far as the Elite are concerned:D:rotfl:.

    The loss attempts to be leaders that, as far as our purchases go, do not constitute such. A failed attempt at being a leader. Or is that a successful attempt as it merely amounts to an "attempt" and does not amount to an actual success at achieving what was attempted?:think: It therefore achieves being an attempt but fails to achieve the thing that it attempted to be. Alright, I'm going on:o.
