Been doing this bit of garden from 8.30 till 5 with a short break for dinner . It's not the best but you should have seen it before lol. Mainly making do with what I had apart from the flowers and the surround. I am absolutely shattered. Don't want to be doing it too often nowadays.;)[/QUOTE

Back from the Dr's, gynae referral for me, oh the joy. I did manage to get her to put the private hospital on the choose and book though (my Dr is absolutely lovely), if I have to spend more time in hospital at least it will be a slightly nicer looking one! :rotfl::o

Hope you soon feel better:DSorry to hear your news LS. Take care on the drive.
I have not gone to work today, as my cold has got the better of me. It sounds absolutely pathetic, but I have felt awful and looked awful, and my lips have all frayed!
Just watched The Great British Sewing Bee. I would like to be inspired to make something, but just haven't got the energy today! Will continue to loll on the sofa waiting for my 'get up and go' to find me!
DH had yesterday off and looked much better this morning, so I am hopeful for tomorrow.

Hi emerald, garden looks lovely and should be easy to maintain now, you have worked hard :T
Thank you Nellie better than the foot high dandelions that were there before inbetween a few circular slabs lol. It has to be known I don't like gardening and hubby can t do it.
Over the years he s had bright ideas which have always ended up costing us money or more work for me.
1) he decided to have three little trees in the front . Grew that high that we had to pay £100 to get them cut down.
2) he wanted fruit trees in the back so had a few then decided he didn t want them anymore and didn t get much fruit off them anyway.
3)he collared a load of free top soil that I didn t want but he insisted so it made the bit in the front like a mountain:eek: and over they years I've been having to try and get rid of it.:(
I can t be doing it nowadays tired Susie. I m aching in places I didn t even know I had lol0
