Maybe coming up sooner as saw DS today & she owes me a trip out from my birthday. She was hoping for IKEA - I say Cheshire Oaks :rotfl:

eye drops for me in both eyes, conjunctivitis again grrrr. I never ever had this before cataract ops, don't understand why I should now :cool:

I got the spray version from Holland and Barrett's £12.69 instructions are 5 sprays initially. My next door neighbour used some yesterday after her back locked and she was amazed that the pain subsided so quickly. Told her to take a couple of sprays before bed and when I saw her this morning she hadn't bother to take her daily pain killer as she didn't even have her usual stiffness.

It was recommended to me by a kinesologist who I went to see about my lower back.

I originally won it and started wearing back in August 2014 but I've had 3 replacements so the current one is less than 12 months old -I've still got the original box but no receipt
