Would love to have a meet up either in Chester or possibly up to Di's dependent on when obviously :)

Would love to meet up snap as Cheshire Oaks is only 25 mins away. Unfortunately I have to take my mum to the dentist that day but I will see if I can allocate this to someone else!. Remind us nearer the time please snap as I am sure emerald would come too:)

:) Maybe coming up sooner as saw DS today & she owes me a trip out from my birthday. She was hoping for IKEA - I say Cheshire Oaks :rotfl:

A sad update from me. Nothing more can be done for my friend and they think it's likely to be days or a couple of weeks at most. I'm going to see her tomorrow unless she's in transit to a hospice in which case I'll go Thursday. :(

Good afternoon .am thinking of you LS and sending you a Hug as think you might need one after receiving this news about your dear friend..it does not matter how you try and prepare yourself knowing that the inevitable will happen it is always so difficult to come to terms with with this sort of news ...take care and enjoy the time that you will be able to spend together :A xx

LS sorry about your friend, good idea to go today. Have a safe journey.
Enjoy the precious time left by hand holding and stroking the back of her hand, very relaxing. Remember when ...........

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Is this a spray - just been looking on amazon, looks good, not too expensive - you just spray directly onto the offending joints and how often? - my OH having endless joint problems in various places due t old war injuries including with a big toe joint which they say is def arthritis

I got the spray version from Holland and Barrett's £12.69 instructions are 5 sprays initially. My next door neighbour used some yesterday after her back locked and she was amazed that the pain subsided so quickly. Told her to take a couple of sprays before bed and when I saw her this morning she hadn't bother to take her daily pain killer as she didn't even have her usual stiffness.

It was recommended to me by a kinesologist who I went to see about my lower back.

    afternoon all

having problems yet again with my jawbone upband  again it would not synch despite using all of the guides to trouble shoot. I am very careful not to misuse my band, never gets wet, never dropped, lost, abandoned, sat on and its constantly on my wrist.

Previously its been very slick, I contact them and we go through everything and they have sent me a replacement band when I've had problems but this time they say its out of warranty so its tough, all I get is a 25% off code.

I originally won it and started wearing back in August 2014 but I've had 3 replacements so the current one is less than 12 months old -I've still got the original box but no receipt

I doubt if I will get a jawbone again

    deep sigh

anyway what has everyone been up to today ...

Oh no, I love my up band, I would go straight to the top, that's terrible x
