Seller Terrible Attutude

No, the seller didn't even post and the issue again, as I have said before, was the attutude. Rude.0

What is it with people defending the seller?
People who sell on ebay need to understand that it is a business, even if they are not a business, sellers need to be professional and act like one, other wise ebay isn't for them, they should sell at the local car boot sale.
What if the OP posted they got that response from any other online company, I suspect the responses would be very different. The member of staff who replied to a customer in that way would be sacked. Yes the seller might have been peeved with the buyer BUT they should have kept that to themselves.0 -

Yes.
My post was nothing to do with your issues with the seller you started the thread about.
This thread is full of you saying this item and that item arrived in 2 days. All completely irrelevant because different sellers have different dispatch times.
As I said, and as you ignored - if you want things quickly, that's absolutely your right, but you need to look at the sellers who offer it.
Part of the reason you started this thread, in addition to your issues with the seller was that you seemed to expect it to arrive ahead of the delivery estimate, because the estimate was longer that you have had with other sellers.
Anyway, I'm out, because I'm tired pointing out that I'm not defending the seller in the original post merely because I also disagree with the attitude of the original poster.0 -
I had an issue with a Hermes tracking number. I think the rep posted on here and offered to help. Tracking number came out as invalid, i contacted the seller and they were great and couldnt explain why.
A few days later the item arrived with that tracking number and 2 days later another one arrived. This must have caused the seller a few hot sweats it wasnt a cheap item. Naughty seller swore on the phone, although not at me well he did after i said it still has not arrived and then said im winding you up i now have 2 of them.
Would you like the 2nd one back or can i keep them both
The next day he arranged to have it collected. No idea why the original tracking number failed though.
Excellent seller for sending out the other one though. And he was probably quite relieved when i contacted them to say i now had 2.
Ebay can be a mixed bag with buyers and sellers.

The best one I saw said something like "If this item doesn't get sold this weekend I am keeping it and never listing it ever again" lol.
He had previously got offers that were a joke and this got him annoyed, had to relist a few times because it didn't sell.
If you don't want to get annoyed as a seller, untick the box that says "Add Best Offer" lol. Yes people will offer you £5 for something thats on sale for £30. Expect it.0 -

I wouldn't reject the £5 offer of something listed for £30, I would send them a message thus "I'll think about it" let them wait the mandatory 2 days not knowing if the offer will be accepted.0
