Seller Terrible Attutude

It's funny really, I can't sell anything these days on Ebay with 100% feedback rating and good customer service. And yet I buy something from a thriving seller which hasn't arrived, no despatch confirmation and an eventual reply to my second message with the single word "Freeee" in the message. Perhaps a sarcastic way of telling me the postage is free. Just goes to show if you do the right thing you don't always reap the rewards as in my case with no sales.
Should I report this seller to Ebay ?

Well I ordered something on Ebay from the Netherlands last Thursday and it came yesterday so yes, it should be here by now. Besides, the issue is with the attitude of the seller who has given me no coms at all.0 -
Open a not received case as soon as you can (assuming it does not turn up). Do no bother communicating with the seller any more. Just do it through a case. Remember to leave appropriate feedback once it is all sorted. Just because postage is free there is no need for an attitude. Some people should not be selling on Ebay or allowed any contact with other humans.0

To be fair 99.9% of the time I have excellent seller experience. This is an exception. I do wonder why with having so much to lose in bad feedback they act like this knowing it will tarnish their reputation.0 -
