No no , there should be no debt on the meter ringing them now0

UPDATE.
Rang Scottish Power and they have admitted I don't owe the debt it was and extra £10.00 a week . They had amended it on the computer in Nov , but it hadn't gone on the meter.
So need to go into the shop this aft with a code (that he gave me) and it will update me and have a cheque for £263 on its way to me.

No not really. When I discussed the increase in our payment meter, he wasn't interested.
I said to next door neighbour about it and all she could do was open her windows wider , so no I shall now adopt the same attitude as them0
