    best news ever this morning, our couple came back and offered £207,500 which is only 2.5k off asking price. so pleased as they were a lovely couple. now the real stress begins!! we need to find somewhere to rent whilst our house gets built

    now someone else has booked a viewing for friday afternoon. First time buyer, but so far im happy we have 2 viewings.
