No Buying Unneccesary Toiletries May 2016

Unfortunately my Make up stash seems to be growing (I caved and bought a few more things at the weekend), but on the plus side I do wear make up a lot more than I used to so its not all sat there doing nothing. In fact I think my confidence has increased since starting to wear make up more often and wearing more colourful options.
I feel like I'm getting this way too. At weekend though I was sorting out my make up for the week and noticed that the makeup bag that I keep it all in is getting full. It's a bag I got from QVC with some OPI polishes and is fairly deep but it did make me think that I really should not get any more as this is getting full.- Rituals foaming shower gel foam sensation x 2: sweet orange and cedar, and T'ai Chi
I had one of these in a Birch Box (in fact the new Birch Box has arrived and there is a Rituals body scrub in there) and was really impressed by it. Wouldn't mind buying some when ready. Do you ever see it on offer?Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Really want some OPI Alice in Wonderland lacquers, but have so much already I can't really have any. Doesn't help that my nails have had a few weeks of due to them breaking a lot.
Not that I'm trying to enable but OPI have a show on QVC tonight and there's a really good offer of a kit of 6 full sized bottles for just under £30.00 plus p&p. The colours are blue, sparkly gold, pink and purple (see how times have changed - I could have told you their proper names in days gone by!) plus 2 x full sized Nail Envy (one original and one nude). I am getting low on Nail Envy and asked Emma if she liked any of the colours however she says she doesn't so I won't bother plus I watched them being applied on You Tube (check out Phoebe Moon for application vlogs) and decided I only like the pink colour so maybe will look out for this another time as my favourite blogger (I'm a Beauty Geek) swatched this and I don't own anything similar to it. Anyway, my hairdresser is around tonight so I probably won't get to see it aired which is a good thing. Is that good for eye's? I use their Ultrabland on my face, but not on my eyes as I tend to stick to specific eye make up removers, but if 9-5 gets everything off without any issues I'll give that a try.
I use Soap & Glory Peaches and Clean for make up removal though when I was using the Maybelline mascara I did have to wipe my eyes first and then use this.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. My bill's in the post. :rotfl: I am always happy to swatch any of Emma's items (for research of course!).mcculloch29 wrote: »I derail myself by accepting all the lovely freebies I'm offered to review. I just spent £12.99 on importing one from America that you can't get over here.
I also have a thing about mugs and cups. Wilkos regularly derail me.
I love collecting Christmas tree ornaments too and have many that we've picked up from Disney World Orlando over the years.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Ooo I love Christmas Tree decorations as well!! Everywhere we go I try to get one to make our tree a history of our travels. Some things definitely weren't intended on being decorations but they are now!!!My debt free diary

Could you repurpose it as an eyeshadow or is it too garish?
Other obsession is Yankee candles, I keep telling myself 8 large jars and a small jar are more than enough, but there's so many amazing sounding scents, especially Deerfield ones, that I can't help lusting over them!!

I kind of fell out of love with YC in the US last time. Need to burn the ones I have more though.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I haven't actually looked! I got the birchbox sample and loved it, then googled it and thought I didn't really want to pay the full price... Then my sister asked what I wanted for my birthday, and that was that sorted
(I tell people not to buy me any toiletries now as gifts, but as my stash is decreasing in some areas, I'm keeping track of lovely more luxurious things I don't really want to pay for, but I'd love as gifts)
If you do come across any offers, let me know! I know many of the online retailers (e.g. FeelUnique, LookFantastic) stock Rituals, and often have store wide offers, which might save a bit.0 -

Have nearly bought the kit, but not sure if I'd use the Nail Envy, must admit I've never tried it. Going to be good and have a think before purchasing.0 -

I bought a lovely display thing last year for my OPI's a big frame with shelves added to it but its full already and boxes of minis are sat around it so I shouldn't buy, but I love the special themed sets.0 -

Thank you I'll have a look at that as well. Glad its not just me that had issues, my lids went rather dry and flaky and sore with discoloured patches. It seems to have cleared up now, so glad as I didn't recognize myself without the eye makeup. Looking at the ingredients, I think the Lancôme one had Fragrance in it which may be why I had an issue with it.0
