Have nearly bought the kit, but not sure if I'd use the Nail Envy, must admit I've never tried it. Going to be good and have a think before purchasing.

    Unfortunately I caved

There'a a good sizes Rituals scrub and a Body Cream in the samples with a cosmetics purchase from Amaz#n on the Grabbit board.I got both in seperate orders over the weekend with some nail polish, remover & grocery items to get free shipping. So one Lancome Visionaire Nuit sample size out - which continues to reduce the red spider veins awesomely and a Rituals Scrub & Honey Touch Cream in with a L'Oreal Color Riche nail polish and a nail polish renmover In. Bad me, no biscuit, but at least I only spent Amazon vouchers and not cash..

Can I ask for advice ladies? I've been getting better with makeup over the last 6 months or so (thanks to this challenge, and actually using things!).

Can anyone recommend a good darker cream or gel for contouring? I've been using powders to start, but want to use something better for blending now... I'm blonde, but fairly tanned in my face now, so my usual 'darker' colours aren't dark enough now - and now seems a good time to invest for the summer :) the Clinique chubby stick version gets good reviews, and I generally get on well with Clinique, but wondering what the other options are? I'm looking for something individual, not in a set, which is why I'm struggling I think.

    One UU to report:
    - Clinique liquid facial soap mild, 30ml. WNBA - very good, but the Clinique foaming cleanser is my HG. Happy to use this when i get it free though :)

And one in! Necessary, and less than half price from Superdrug:
    - Dove summer revived body lotion with gradual tan. Needed to get my legs and arms to match my face! Should be used pretty quickly...

Hi Fixx, not sure if it's what you're looking for but I know a lot of people buy a darker foundation/concealer to contour with, along the same lines as using a lighter concealer as a highlight. If you already have a concealer that you like, could this be an option? I was looking at the clinique contour stick myself, but I read on makeupalley that it was actually quite orangey....I haven't actually tried it though so take that with a pinch of salt.

fixx/VALM - M&S sell Rituals and regularly have 20% off beauty. Also Rituals themsleves do some good offers, they ship from Amsterdam but I've bought from them and it arrived quickly with no problems.

ChicaBonita - thanks. I looked for darker concealers a few months ago and really struggled to find any, but I'll have a proper look around the shops tomorrow and see what I can spot :) A quick look online shows there should be a few available!

dolly84 - good point! I've bought Rituals (reed diffuser) from M&S before, I'll keep an eye out for sales. I think I'm set right now for stuff though ;)

I've seen a lot of darker girls use LA Girl Cosmetics, who seem to do quite a good variety of shades, might be worth a look! Think you can get them on @mazon now

I would like to change one of my 7 by summer items, I've realised that the nail varnish mini I chose isn't really suitable for this time of year. So I have chosen a more suitable option.

2 - OPI Cement the Deal Mini - changed to OPI Kermit me to Speak mini.

I have used it to paint my Toe nails.

I have some ins to report today.

    Lush intergalactic bath bomb
Lush creamy candy bubble bar (HG)
    Lush maypole soap
    Lush twilight bath bomb
Lush big blue bath bomb (which I've discovered today I can't get enough of the smell of!)
    Lush blue skies bubble bar
    Lush each peach massage bar
    Lush frozen bath bomb
    Lush sunny side bubble bar

Apparently a bit each of big blue & sunnyside together make an amazing bath cocktail that makes mermaid water, so I'm very excited to try this out!

And also with my gift voucher from next: paradise island eau de toilette 100ml

Would like one of you to burn my debit card please!

    X 10 in

I do Have a UU though this morning:

Aldi Lacura fresh pink deodorant spray- WBA this is brilliant value for money - lasts ages, does the job and smells great.

Glad its not just me that had issues, my lids went rather dry and flaky and sore with discoloured patches. Iself without the eye makeup. Looking at the ingredients, I think the Lt seems to have cleared up now, so glad as I didn't recognize myancôme one had Fragrance in it which may be why I had an issue with it.

I know from previous eye lid flare ups the only thing that cures it is clinique eye moisturiser- it was a vaseline type texture. it worked better than creams the gp prescribed.
