    UPDATE!!!

    OMG I AM LIVID

I have found out today from a very reputable source what a lying cheating coniving (sp?!) fcukwit i live next door to.

The man claiming he was building his house for him to live in and then selling off the existing dwelling is a crock of poo.

He has already sold of the land to a developer, subject to planning being granted. So basically the develoepr has said we will buy your land off you for xx amount, when you get planning, we will pay all your fees etc... and give you a bit of money for your trouble.

The neighbour has also gone around trying to bribe people to remove there letters of objection, he offered one woman a garden makeover and a new fence.

He also scared another old lady half to death saying if i dont build this then the council will force a CPO on all your gardens to build a close!!!

Now do i tell him i know that hes a liar and that i know its a developer not him, or let it lie?

I want to tell him that i know but dont know if i could use it to my advantage????

I know that planning will be refused but with a developer behind him finacially he can afford a lengthy appeal now. And i know that money changes hands on these deals all the time, so would it mean he is more likely to get it now with the developers money behind it?

He hasn't sold the land then, he has a deal to sell it IF it gets PP. Who has the brains here, the developer or your neighbour? My money is on the developer. You neighbour is getting desperate for the money and will do anything to get the PP, without it he has no deal. Work on that however you can.

Has he got a developer "behind him"? For the sake of one house I doubt if a developer would put any money in at this point. IF he gets PP, the developer will make some money, without the PP it's a bit of garden and no developer will pay him anything for it.
    A house isn't a home without a cat.
Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
It's a recession when your neighbour loses his job; it's a depression when you lose yours.
  • I would have a chat with him and suggest you may remove your petition for some "compensation" and see wht he offers. Then throw it back in his face at the last moment....

Sorry just the sort of thing I dream of doing but never have the balls!!

simple just make sure all the neighbours know about this, no need to tell him.

make sure they can't be bullied into withdrawing the applications (not that it'd probably make any difference!).

if he comes knocking then let him you know, that you know what he didn't want you to know but you know now so that he knows you know ;)
