TIE, 10 target years is absolutely brilliant! That you missed it, shows it’s just a normal part of your life now.

I am sorry for all of you whom the black dog visits from time to time. I am lucky that I have never met him. Respect to all of you who face up to him with such courage.

Well it is a lousy, wet and cold day here today. I was out with a friend today and had absolutely no self-control (can’t even blame my friend, it was all my own doing), so I won’t post Friday’s failure.

    See you all tomorrow.

Only half off today, even though my scales said 1.5 and they're very rarely different. Blaming my hair, it's about four times as wide as when I left the house this morning. Thank you rain + curls. :rotfl: But I was aiming for a maintain due to my schedule this week so pleased enough with any loss.

Hugs to all that need them. I had a brilliant start to the day and a lousy middle. Hoping for a decent end this evening!

You still might be able to help. I'm due to start my jury duty on Monday. I got a letter from the court earlier this week with my ID code. I'm not sure if every court does this but I'm to ring the answerphone service after 4.30pm and listen out for my code. If my code is not called I do not need to attend the following day (or Monday for a Friday call).
Now I would have thought that the new intake io jurors would have to report on their first day, but as my code was not called out it appears I'm not needed on Monday.
Basically I'm getting myself into a bit of a tizz and worrying that I should attend even though my code wasn't read out cos it's supposed to be my first day. Then again I don't want to drive there and be told I needn't have bothered. *sigh*
I was also looking forward to 2 weeks off work :rotfl: so I suppose this is my punishment.
    Any suggestions?

    Hope everyone is well.

I am mega tired, so am off to bed now.

I have been voted Woman of the year in my group and will pick up my award at WI this morning. I'm guessing I will have to talk to the class!

I have a "before" photo prepared and it's not pretty!

Will let you know how I get on.

I don't know much about jury duty MrsP but from what you say it sounds like you do not need to attend on Monday.

Congratulations on Woman of the Year Abbafan, that's brilliant! Let us know how it goes.

Reporting a not-unexpected 1lb gain for me please Shala. Will have to go hard next week as I was within one pound of the 14 I set myself for this challenge - that is now two!

Thanks for the input BettyBoof that's what I'm thinking now. I'm just a worrier and don't want to get into trouble. Also, I'd got it in my head I wouldn't be in work, so a tad disappointed lol.

I swear my jeans are feeling a lot looser around the hips this morning. I had fleeting thoughts of weighing myself but I was strong and I will not do it! I will wait until WI on Monday evening and wait to see the -2.5lbs that I am after. If only WI was in the morning I'm pretty confident I'd hit target. Then again, the WI on BHol Monday might be in the morning so if I don't get it this coming week I darn well should next!
