I think it must be different.

A third of a wrinkled cucumber!!:eek::eek: Seriously?? No words!!
Well done Elona, Mary and of course Beanie fab losses!!
So plans for deflating this week, include less bread, less fizzy drinks and bring back the green tea and water. Both of which I have abandoned in the last month. And bring back the veg, all I seem to eat is salads.
Reading an interesting book called Gut at the minute, all about Gut health. I had problems pre and post Gallbladder and obviously the whole gallbladder so working on healing myself from within............
B: Heb Bread, boiled egg, chicken, strawberries
L: Greek salad (hea) feta & chicken. Peach & 2 plums
Snacks: YogurtNot sure but something from the veg supplies in the freezer which is still out of control.
Syns: 5 gin & slims tonight
I will get a good loss this week - I really really have to. My bras are all digging into me big time.
Does anyone else get annoyed by the people in group that sit and go Oh I've two pounds off but don't know why, drank all weekend, had a KFC and a Chinese......................
I couldn't get away with that. In fact I've worked out I've almost a stone on since my aunt took ill in April and whilst I haven't been great, I've not been that bad either. With a gain like that I should have been eating takeaways every weekend and filling my boots with wine. But anyway its done now.
I will be at target for xmas!!!0 -
Yes that weight loss calculator must be an online thing - I'm an online member and the link took me straight to it. Very interesting, but annoyingly I couldn't put in my actual target weight as it was deemed too low for my height, even though my BMI would still be in the healthy range ..?Oh bless a cat on steroids! I never even thought about that. Poor little bean.
Poor me!!!Tete - sorry, I'm sure it's not funny for you as the cat's owner (or the cat), but I did laugh at the idea of a cat with IBS! How do they diagnose it? Just imagining the cat explaining to the vet about flatulence, bloat etc... :rotfl:
Well she had really bad D&V for ages and ages, like 2-3 years, and it was getting worse and worse. She had loads of tests done but nothing sinister was coming up so they just said it must be IBS and she's now on a strict diet of steroids and Asda's cheapest cat food (has less 'fancy' stuff in it) and is doing brilliantly, so fat and lovely! Though she does get the 'roid rage and can be quite forceful in her food demands (much like me!).
TopGirl - Right, you've laid down the gauntlet! Will have a think of a plot for my novel
Congrats to Lois, but also sorry about your sad news, you and MrsP.
Lots of excellent losses coming in, especially you Mary! I think GreenTiger's right, we're all being spurred on by summer!
Reporting a frankly amazing 2lb loss today, now 12st 2.5. I was over 12st 7 at one point this week and honestly I've been a devil between meals (I blame the referendum, I eat when I'm stressed) so I'm overjoyed with that result.
Feeling positive this morning - combination of new challenge, new month and a good lossBeen thinking about my July goals:
- Drink 2l water per day
- Get down to under 11st 10
- 30 Day Shred
(Best not mention the outcome of my June ones).
Plan today is fruit and yoghurt for brekkie and a pork chop with veg for tea. I'm going out for lunch but not going to use it as an excuse to go off plan, will seek out the jacket spuds!
Have a good day all xWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Also feeling positive about a new month, enjoying the No Junk July theme that is going around!0

Congratulations Lois, lovely news! :j
So sorry to hear your news mrsp, that's awful
Thanks so much for finding that link Rebster, I think the issue is that I used to be an online member and am now a group member so that's why it's gone - such a shame!
I cannot believe people would put half-used fruit and veg in the fruit basket! WTH?!?
Is there a SW version on Chicken Chasseur (or similar)? I have a fussy friend coming for dinner on Saturday and need something non-spicy and with no peppers and only chicken or beef as the meat! Any suggestions gratefully received!0 -

Hi everyone - I've rejoined SW after six weeks off due to a car accident. I hadn't gained anything but then I hadn't lost either, frustrating as I'd lost a stone and a half up to that point, 'only' a stone to go!!
Please put me down for 7lb on the next challenge Shala
Lantanna - I know what you mean about the excuses people come out with - WW was great for it too, people going on all inclusive holidays and then regretting it later I think! Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -

I use the Schwartz Chicken Chasseur Mix (6.5 syns for pkt - I usually get 3 servings out of pack). Its very nice and really easy. My Mum loves it and she doesn't really do spicy lol.
