Happy Tuesday everyone, hope your healthy eating and exercise plans go well today.
Weigh in for me tonight then I will know my starting point for sure. Bathroom scales have me tipped into the next stone zoneI know that these are not accurate though so either I am lighter or even heavier

Ooh, I'll play :j
I need to loose at least 50lb  Guess I'll start with 5lb this month
The plan today is to pop to Aldee to pick up more snacking fruit & veg. I'm also going to unearth a plastic tub so I can take a selection of nuts & seeds to work.
Going to crack open the exercise DVD's later as well :j I feel so much better after even 30 mins of cardio so I must get back into the habit of doing this every day. I've put all my sports gear in an easy to reach place - so no excuses not to quickly get changed and do some jumping abouta penny picker upper. OK so I am in the next stone zone but only by 0.5lbs. This means I need to lose 7.5lbs to get back to my ideal weight. Got a free lunch today of quiche and potato wedges which was great for my £££ but not for my weight.
Welcome Pearla Merle. I will add you to the speadsheet when I do my weekly update"These things take time but I know that I'm the most inept that ever stepped"0 -

Well done Beanie!!
2lbs is epic for one week and so much more so when you've been dieting for a while.
And INOD. No choc is obviously a biggie for you. So take a bow!
I have been doing the 5:2 for 4 years but seem to have been on a plateau for a long time. Not yet a healthy weight but much lighter than before. Trouble is I don't have scales, a deliberate decision as I was obsessed with my weight when younger so got rid. I haven't weighed myself since September so will do so tonight at a gym I always used before to weigh myself;(I've been using another branch of the borough gym recently).
I also had rather a lot of cake last weekend so am trying to roll it back this week with 2 extra half fast days as well as my usual 2 full days.
Depending on what my weight is revealed to be I might decide it's time to buy some scales.CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420 -
I made some cookies the other day, gluten free (within my food allowances), because I really, really needed something - once again reacted badly to them, I don't know whether its because there's butter, or because the flour was a bit old, though I suspect its the butter. No more for me.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
