I have two dresses I bought last year in the sales that zip up but only look ok if I don't breathe out. So that's my goal to wear them and be able to exhale
I've tracked my points today and done a 37 minute HIIT workout from my Motion Traxx app. Feet up with a glass of wine now.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I have created a simple Spreadsheet to track our progress. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13Gh7esChw24OPzvGsrnOV_sSn4DD_GLXp1xUyWrIaLM/edit?usp=sharing
Could everyone please state their weight loss aims for the month of May so that I can add you to the tracker.
Every week (whenever it is convenient) please post your losses in BOLD and in RED so that I can easily see them, I would hate to miss anyone out.

Could everyone please state their weight loss aims for the month of May so that I can add you to the tracker.:o:o The wedding is 4 weeks today, so say a target of 5 lbs. Current weight is approx 11 stones 2 lbs.
I hope I can do it, but I had some disturbing family news last night - the weight loss is for the wedding, but being well enough to *attend* the dratted thing has just become more difficult, because of added stress around this family thing. And if I need to carry on with a little bit of comfort eating, then so be it.

Please put me in for 5lbs in May. I have lost over 1.5 stone in the last year mostly following SW style recipes with a few Hairy Dieters and WW for good measure! Nothing like variety is there? Last few weeks I have gained a few punds though due to having trapped nerve and not being very mobile. Able to cycle at gym and walk short distances again but not back to normal yet. Drat! So have to watch the intake to make up for lack of movement. Thank you for starting this thread. We are two years off end of mortgage and making extra payment per month to the repayment part of the mortgage as there is an interest only element too and the endowment will not clear it alone. We want the repayment bit gone asap to save the money towards our shortfall.0
