Hello,
i would love to join! Please put me down for 5lbs in May please. X:j:j0 -
Please can I join, would like to loose 6lb in May. Will do this by cutting out non natural sugar (except alcohol obvs ), not eating carbs after lunch and doing some exercise.
Not sure how I'll get on on the exercise front at the moment as have some sores on my stomach (possibly shingles?) which hurt when I bend over, stretch or touch them. Plus they seem to be getting better now they are drying out so probably not a good idea to get sweaty (they developed on holiday in 34c heat and have been improving since I returned to the uk on thur as its so cold ).
I'm going to give the gym a miss for a week and hope to start next week.
Total target is around 3 stone loss which I would like to achieve by 1 December when I will hopefully be going to Cuba :j so a steady 6lbs per month loss for me is needed:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
Morning, I have just come across this thread and it's perfect timing
Can I join your may spreadsheet if possible please There is light?
I started with a target of 3 stones at new year, lost a stone and have now put back on about 6lb
I would like to set a target of 7lb for May please, I will be using mfp and wearing my Fitbit to keep an eye on when I am too lazy, possibly attempting the 5-2 as well, although I have found in the past that can be difficult for others around me when very hungry :rotfl:many thanksMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -

Welcome all of the newcomers, I have updated the spreadsheet with the information I have so far. Please do not feel that you have to set targets/update your weight if you do not wish to do so. I just thought that it would be good for those that do.:D
Yesterday was quite good I thought in terms of eating/exercise but I got on the scales this morning and appear to have put 2lbs on:mad: I will wait to see what the WW scales say on Tuesday and take that as my starting point.
In an attempt to get myself kick-started I am getting out my old WW stuff and planning all of my meals for the next week.
This SH** just got real!"These things take time but I know that I'm the most inept that ever stepped"0
