they are simply registered with a trade body in order to ask the DVLA the keeper details of a vehicle
they signed up to the BPA CoP
if they fail that CoP they can be sanctioned
if they fail any of that CoP then the appellant (you) can use that failure against them at popla (or in the small claims court)
this is about fighting fire with fire, you need to get up to speed
and yes, please post pictures of the signage, plus the back side of the windscreen pcn if it has any info on it0 -

NSL "think" they are council" they do not mention private parking on the website http://www.nsl.co.uk/contact/parking-contacts/
most people believe those are council tickets with bailiffs etc and pay up .
they are members of the BPA ,but so far have broken many many parts of the code of practice and will probably !!!! up a NTK
if they were active in court , they would show on this list http://www.bmpa.eu/company_guide_j_to_o.html

Given your experience, and what has been discussed, would you suggest that pursuing this rejection of the PCN would therefore be wise? I really appreciate the advice from both you and Redx - very, very helpful0

this is one of those 3 tier processes which we have seen a few of on here recently and coupon mad commented on
the back does mention popla , plus it mentions an online appeal on their website
then it mentions an NTK if the challenge fails
presumably a popla code would be issued at the next stage
I would take it all the way , as KEEPER, and trip them up on legal arguments, paperwork errors etc , especially at POPLA
they are hoping people will just pay up
ps:- I dont think those 08 numbers are allowed for this due to recent changes about business lines0 -
0843 and 0844 Business Numbers
Calls from landlines to mobiles are typically charged between 1p and 13p per minute whilst calls from mobiles are billed at between 5p and 41p per minute depending upon the telecoms provider and the actual number called.
leave your appeal until the date mentioned , this is IMPORTANT
this lot think they are doing council work (they are NOT they are doing private work for a housing assoc) and will !!!! up on the timing of the NTK
bide your time , mark your calender and hit them with the standard BPA appeal (blue one) , they won,t understand this and start spouting extra charges and bailiffs (rubbish)
however you then demand a POPLa code and ridicule themSave a Rachael
