But then I will have to pay £100 and not £60 right? As i've waited past the 14 days. I would rather pay less if I knew it was unlikely that I would succeed.

Tower Hamlets Homes Parking, PO Box 714, Oldham, OL1 9NR

    E-mail: thhpcn@nsl.co.uk

    how is this relevant?

ok , Oldham is just around the corner from tower hamlets , and it seems that the land owner and NOT the PPC (who are BPA) are doing the appeals .

so you can confidently say that the appeals process does not meet the BPA guidelines

does any of the signage or letter show the BPA ATA symbol , if so , show this?

The large post is a bit confusing, apologies for me being slow in relation to that. So, as they are registered with the BPA, I should appeal in 24hr? And not 3 weeks?

appeal on day 24 , surely you read that ?

and that section also tells you about the false promises of the "discount" as well, instead of you focussing on paying nothing

    Isn't Oldham up in Manchester?

And NSL are 'On Behalf of' THH - why is this therefore against the BPA guidelines and how can I present this information to them? I cannot check the signage until tomorrow, but the ticket has nothing on there.

seems to me they observed it at 0857 to 0857 so didnt comply with the possible 5 to 10 minutes grace period to comply or leave (clause #13 of the BPA CoP) nor the 10 or more minutes to depart rule (clause 13)

day 24 is the day you appeal, with today as day 0

its in Tameside , Greater Manchester , but that is a PO BOX number so could be anywhere in the country, its not relevant as far as where the post goes , it protects their REAL ADDRESS , lol

you would read the BPA CoP and complain by email to them about any contraventions made by NSL and the landowner

correct , their ticket does not mention the BPA , they are trying to look official

Oldham is near Manchester and the postcode strikes up a lot of companies , mainly call centres subcrontacted to companies ,
