    More than delighted?:eek:

    That's an exceptional amount of hyperbole describing how you voluntarily paid for a free-to-use complaint process... :(

    You've posted in favour of this CMC in the past;

    I've therefore marked your post as spam..

    Wow Zippy... be sure to let Bungle and George and Geoffrey know :D

    Bungle seems appropriate, given this guy bungled over reading his finance agreements then bungled in paying a CMC to post his letter for him and lost £500 in the process

    Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

    People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

    Is this not a forum to post experiences and not to be dictated to as to what is right and what is wrong down to opinion?

    Bermonia, Moneyineptitude and Nasqueron, you are entitled to your views but I was airing my views into paying a PPI company

    All I was saying was that I was happy to pay the fee and that's that...……….free speech!

    No you were advertising the services of a CMC (not for the first time) this is to my understanding against forums rules...

    The site is 100% against using claims firms as they do nothing you can't do yourself. Any recommendation for a firm will be met with explanation as to why it's a waste of money

    A photocopy of a standard form and a second class stamp is the total of a CMC's outlay. Of course they also are harvesting huge amounts of your data for future use at some point. And they are being paid a fee for doing it!
    I work in Data Protection and spend my days dealing with CMC's. Only here trying to help!!
