Hi,
Recently applied for a loan, and the Broker told me they saw a Defaulted O2 account from 2011.
I was very surprised as that account was a fraudulent one opened in 2010 under my name. After 1 year 5 months phone calls and applying pressure on O2 and their debt collector. They investigated and concluded it is fraudulent as my DOB and other details were not right and I moved out of the property by then the account was opened.
I looked through Noddle, Equifax and Experian and none of my Credit reports displays this account anymore since it was disputed and closed. I contacted all the three Credit Agent, I am still waiting for their answers, however I know they will come back with some lies.
So someone who has more experience in credit background check could point me how and where these providers can still access this information when it is concluded not linked to me?
Thank You

I really can't see how they can be seeing something different to what you see either.0
