Hangover cures - Hmmm, a bit late for this one, but apart from drinking loads of water before you go to sleep, take lots of vit C and even 1 headache tablet with your water.
After the event - I just drink tea and water, stay very still and try to send the kids to someone else. I don't do hangovers very well, so I tend to drink earlier the stop when everyone else is getting into the swing of things, so I'm fairly sober when I go to sleep.0

Water. Lots of it. The main cause of the headaches is dehydration. Ideally you should drink a pint of water before you go to bed. If you get up in the night to go to the loo, which is highly likely, you should drink another pint.frizz_head wrote:Ooo I'm scared - has anyone spotted Squeaky yet, he's pretty lethal with a teatowel, last time flicked me so hard he took my contact lense out!!!!

Also eating something, even if it's only a slice of toast, as early as you can possibly face it in the day can help a great deal.
Edit: Alternatively you could try my Diet
