I havent made cakes like this for a long time. Im basically housebound, some days unable to move etc but thought it may be theraputive and help me on good days to do some HM cakes :rolleyes:

Whenever I have made cakes in the past (about 5 yrs ago) they have never turned out quite right What could i be doing wrong?

Also, where could I get good quality but cheap baking tins?
