    Hi

Dont know if this is the right place. but couldnt be bothered to look throuhg the 450+ replies..lol

Im after a few recipes please?

    Coffee & Walnut Cake
    Good Chocolate cake
    Gingerbread Cake
    Victoria Sponge

I havent made cakes like this for a long time. Im basically housebound, some days unable to move etc but thought it may be theraputive and help me on good days to do some HM cakes

Whenever I have made cakes in the past (about 5 yrs ago) they have never turned out quite right  What could i be doing wrong?

Also, where could I get good quality but cheap baking tins?

    Thanks

    Penny-Pincher!!

I'll be catching up with indexing the new recipes later today :)

Edit: Just so everybody knows... I move the "Polite Reminder" to the end of the thread and then index all the new posts up to there. So any post you see in the thread after the reminder hasn't been indexed yet.
