Hi everyone,
I'm normally quite an active poster on MSE but have registered under a different name in case anyone recognises me!
I will be TTC from mid-September (aiming for honeymoon baby!) and came off my pill at the beginning of May in preparation. I had the usual bleed which lasted six days then 16 days later, I started to bleed again, which I think is what MsTine referred to in her post earlier today. However, this bleed hasn't been "normal" and I was hoping if somebody could let me know if they have experienced the same. Basically, it started off as brown gunk (sorry if TMI!) for two days, then a day of practically nothing (not gunk, no blood), then a day of blood, then a day of gunk again. I don't know if this is just my body getting used to not being on the pill (I've been on it for about 9 years now).
I know we're not allowed to ask for medical advice and so I'm not asking for a diagnosis, I am just after knowing whether anyone has had the same?0 -

Thanks Victoria. I have a feeling my periods will be all over the place as they were totally irregular before I went on the pill. Hopefully things will calm down before Sept though! good luck to you too.0 -
