Started bleeding about and hour ago. In quite a lot of pain. Stabbing, shooting pains, in my sides and stomach. By back aches and I even have twinges in my bum.
I started bleeding on the same day too! I went to the hospital the next morning to have a early scan but doctor advised me to wait a week just to make sure that its definately a miscarriage. But I know my body and have had a miscarriage before so when you have cramps and passing blood clots (sorry if tmi) you just know that there is no hope. Arghhh, I just want this to end so that I can just get on with my life! A week is too long to suffer the emotional and physical pain!
Anyway, I hope that you're feeling ok and maybe we can both ttc together when we're ready.
  • Hi, we invested in a clear blue fertility monitor and I'm now on CD 22 - I know that after years if trying that there is very little chance that I may of conceived naturally ( we are awaiting our appointment to the IVF clinic) I can't help wondering that if by miracles of miracles I could be pregnant !!!

Bloody pregnancy tests - I saw an advert the other day for one that you could use 6 days before AF was due !!! I'm so tempted !!! if nothing else it will put me out of my misery and stop me "symptom spotting" for the next 6 days !!!!

Gracie and clueless so sorry - I don't really have anything useful to say,but thinking of you both XX

Ok, which one is it? I got another temp jump this morning (it could be just that I am getting cold - feel tired every evening and worried about my lump, which is probably just a lymph node or a big spot boiling below skin), and I am going away on Sunday. Was going to get some pregnancy tests from Tesco's tonight, so - which one would be to use at 5 days before AF? I am on CD23 out of 28, and I am fed up waiting... Don't have any cheap tests from ebay and can't be bothered to order!!!!

Very warm welcome! I was on cerazette before we started TTC. I stopped taking it August 2007, I think, and we started ttc in October, as OH was changing jobs. We are still trying. I think it depends on the person, as there are so many ladies who get pregnant straight after stopping the pill. Others have to wait a bit longer...

thanks :) on 1 hand i dont think it taking a bit longer is a bad thing, gives us more time to save etc, but on the other i think its going to be really really hard when it doesnt happen for a while!

also, im considering getting tested for PCOS. i have several symptoms, such as dark hair on my stomach and chin, irregular periods before i went on depo injection, and problems with gaining and losing weight around my stomach. do you think its worth mentioning to the doctor?

Grrrr... I am talking myself up again and symptom spotting!!!!! I told to myself I am not going to do it this month, but it seems not working!!!!
I have breakfast jumping up and down (scrambled eggs with salmon - I always love them, but not this morning!!!). I was feeling really dizzy yesterday afternoon, so much, that I had to spend a fair amount of time last evening just sitting on the sofa.I do get dizzy spells time form time anyway, but yesterday was really bad! Can someone tell me off, so I would stop symptom spotting? Oh, and the cramps....

As I mentioned on the other thread I concieved recently while taking Cezarette pop pill so I think as Ginvzt says it can depend on the person.

If I were you I would mention you are concerned about the possible symptoms of PCOS to the doc - but you can monitor to see if you are ovulating yourself first which is I think what the doc will suggest.
Both my sisters and my best friend have PCOS so know a bit about it.

So sorry to hear that Clueless and Gracie P - I was where you are last month and I can very much relate to the feeling of wanting it to end so you can get on with life - I too had to wait a week before an ERCP and I knew what had happened from previous experience.
Thinking of you both and good luck for the future x
  • Helen, I am so sorry about your news. I can't think of any useful to say...just that I hope you're feeling better soon.
