I had a painful shoulder a few years ago LW and found it definitely helped to wear a tee-shirt in bed. Think I was leaving it out of the covers during the night.
Ah, no, I'm not getting cold at night (though I do sleep skyclad, always have); apparently "frozen shoulder" is also known as
"adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder" - it's nothing to do with getting it cold.

Narco I hope yours isn't as bluddy painful as mine!

Anyways, we've catalogued all but one shelf of the huge book-case in the lounge; progress, though slow, is being made.

Oh dear! Shouldn't have read the dentist story!!!!!
I had agonising tooth ache on Thursday. It has eased off a little but still a constant ache. I have an appointment for tomorrow and I am bricking it!!! I hate dentists but needs must! It is my very back tooth. Last time I felt pain like this it was either 'take it out' or spend £2000 for a specialist to do root canal. I went with the latter as it was a side tooth. Let's hope it's not the same ultimatum. Fingers crossed and any calming vibes would be most appreciated!

Mine is the lower right 5th from front one. I'm already missing lower left 6th one! I used to be able to open beer bottles with my teeth, now I have a mouth full of fillings, including ones in my wisdom teeth! At this rate I'll have no teeth left!:( I'll be thinking of you, and hoping your appointment will go better than I'm expecting mine to go.

Hugs, and vibes to everyone else. I'm posting and running tonight. I have so much to do, and since I'm at the dentists I'm bumping working to Wednesday. I normally end up very sleepy and feeling rougher than a camels bottom after anything other than a check up at the dentists so I decided that since I'd take the day off from work if I was in a regular office type job, then I'd take the day off from my work as well.

I've just noticed the time, its been one of those nights where if it can go wrong it has so I'm off to bed in the hopes tomorrow will be a better day

Morning all. Hope you're all ok. Glad holidays were good and hope that any dentist trips go ok.

Yesterday, I cleaned in the LR. This morning I'll take a quick look at the list.

    Have a great day everyone.

About to start the paid stuff now. Have cleaned the kettle and WM drawer, and sorted out and cleaned two other drawers and the windowsill.

    Catch you all later.

Oh dear Dizzy - I completely agree that men are from Mars.

Awake at 3.30 until 5 so feeling a bit tired now but luckily no paid stuff in. I've got the dentist too at 9.45 - I was having my lunch and suddenly felt a sharp bit on my tooth. This is the tooth that is very filled and the dentist said when that goes I can have it out or she will have to do a lot of work on it. Hmmmm - doesn't sound good does it. Then I'm going to nip up to the local town to go to the CAB to see if they have any information for me and back for 12.15 as seeing someone for help for building up my self esteem.

LW and Narco hope your shoulders are easier today.

Frizzle and Nicki good luck with your dental appointments today.

    Hello,

    Morning all :)
I'd like to become part of this group please. My home is starting to stress me out and this might be a way of getting it under control. :o On very long working days I could still do level one on tasks so I think it might work? Anyway, I'd like to try...
    Thanks, DIA

Sounds like we've got a lot of miserable Flyladies at the moment (and after stressful day yesterday I'm not feeling particularly jolly myself) so I think a :grouphug: is in order. Here's hoping that dental treatments are as painless as possible, men learn to man up, shoulders get sorted, hospital visits bring healing, and life generally perks up all round.

    My list for today:
S&S bathroom after we've both showered
S&S kitchen after DH has made breakfast
SW all morning (or just for an hour, depending on how I feel when we get there)
    Vol job all afternoon
Change an appointment for tomorrow to another day
Make 2 other appointments for later in the week
    Do some reading
    Start preparing a 5-minute talk
    Try to relax

Welcome doingitanyway. Your approach sounds good.

Hope everyone has some sunshine in their day. Will catch up later x

House is getting me down too DIA. Decided I have had enough - too much stuff. Lots of stuff chucked - but it takes so long. Find it hard with working just to keep on top of the basics. Still, I have made a start.
