    Afternoon all

Thanks for last week Valli and thanks for this week Pigpen - good to see you back with us :)

Sending big squishy hugs Mumof2 - hope you get things sorted

I had a painful shoulder a few years ago LW and found it definitely helped to wear a tee-shirt in bed. Think I was leaving it out of the covers during the night.

    Did all the dailies first.
As the list wasn't up last night I did the kitchen this morning. I find that if I go on lap-top early I seem to waste half the day :rotfl:

All fronts, handles, bunkers, shelves, machines and sink clean and shiny. Need to empty the fryer tomorrow after using it. Just the floor left to wash later.

    Monday - bathroom and bog
Descale the loo.. And does inside the cistern need doing??
    Empty bins
Decant and recycle those empties where possible!
    Descale the shower head!!
Shine time.. Mirrors, taps, tiles, shower!!
    Sweep/vacuum and mop!
Clean the outsides and insides of the fixtures! No good the inside being clean if the outside honks!
    Extras
    Catch up on calls!!

Will catch up with bathroom during week. Going to have a cuppa and then a bath and wash my hair, before starting on the dinner.

    I'm back.
Great holiday, apart from rather than the 'rest' improving my shoulder injury (due to over-enthusiastic aerobics session a few weeks back)it has made it worse - one of the things I love about cruises is the opportunity to do lots of dancing in the eve, and dance classes on some days. Didn't consider my shoulder until after the first jive.........had a chat with the dance instructors/hosts who all agreed I should see a doc or physio. They think it may be a torn shoulder rotator cuff, which I now wish I hadn't googled. So I have made an appt to see the doc on Friday am.

Done 2 loads of washing (yesterday) brought them in (today).
    Gradually emptying suitcase and bags.
    Went to Ald1.
    Did an assessment this morning.
Organised week's workload; 2 more assessments to do, 3 to write up (plus those 2) and several students to see.

Hugs to all in need, I've had a quick scan through threads but no internet access while I was away.

Hi Narc0lepsy I'm glad the cruise was good. I'm jealous of the jiving - I really miss it but DH and I never got good enough to improvise, and we can't commit to classes.

The shoulder sounds painful. I hope the doc can do something. NO BodyPump in the mean time! I cancelled my class this evening - rather energetic Ashtanga this morning, and I'm racing on Sunday so I need to be careful.

Take your time getting back into real lift. It will probably come as a shock after the holiday. Hope your DH survived while you were away. What state was the house in?

OH has decided to take tomorrow off as he is not feeling 100% so he will either be in bed or decorating if he is feeling a bit better. I have dentist in the morning and a catch up with a friend so won't be doing much until the afternoon if anything!! I could be helping with decorating!!!

    Hoover stairs
    Wipe down kitchens sides
S and s toilets and sinks
    Empty bins,

Oh he's far more domesticated than me; it was fine - it's already looking like a bomb has hit it as I'm still unpacking, piles of washing everywhere, clothes on the spare bed I'd put out and decided not to take and now I've cluttered the living room up with assessment materials. He'd been visiting and cooking for MIL most days too, so was pretty tired.

I'm very envious of anyone living "north" as from what the dance instructors were saying, there are still a lot of venues you can go to do ballroom/latin/jive etc. I'll have to look around here although Mr N isn't too keen; his sense of rhythm is pretty poor.

So my next task is to:
    - empty holiday wash bag
    - empty case
    - score up assessment from this morning.
-should go back to food recording on MFP, groan.

Oh well at least I've made a start. MFP had a large red line of too many calories which was depressing.

  • Evening,

Thanks for list piggers , and for last week's natty x

It's been my long day at the paid stuff today, so not a great deal done, much helped by the fact we have had a power cut here for the last two hours, and its amazing how much flying you can't do when you have no electricity! It's back on now though so I have no excuse.

Glad you have enjoyed your hol Narco.

Glad you got the drains sorted Nicki , hope the tooth is OK x

Hugs to mumof2 and Valli and everyone else!

    Tomorrow is another day...

    Hi everyone :)
Just a flying visit :D not had a moment to myself! Kiddies back to school today and me back to work  it wasn't too bad but I did get a headache from the pitiful lighting... I think I should be done in 6 weeks :T
Have a huge "to do" list and it's taken all weekend to put the house back in order after toddler-proofing for when I had the foster-bairns here (ages 2, 3 and 4  as well as my own 5 and 7!) plus of course all the holiday washing.

So I'm sending much belated hugs to all and "grrr" at anyone who has pi55ed you off lately :D

Great to 'see' you Bossy and take it easy for the six weeks left. Sounds like you were running a playschool over the weekend.
