    Morning all
Hugs posi vibes GWS wishes sticks and spoons where needed.

Frizzle, it's my Dh who wears a gum shield at night, and it does seem to help him, his is work related stress grinding, and he always says now that he feels and sleeps much better if he remembers to put the gum shield in. Nights it either falls out or he forgets he says he notices aches in his jaw next morning.
I used to grind regularly when the eldest was little and expecting the 2nd dentist at the time had a special night guard made for me which I wore for a couple of years then seemed to get out of the habit.
Hope it helps you if you do try one.

Got some ornaments to box up for CS today and need to nip round mils for her cleaning before work.

    Will get mine done today.

    Morning!

What a lovely morning, although I wont see much of it! I have done 9 hours in the second job this week but it feels like more than that! I am managing to do a bit of flying too though so the house doesnt look too bad. Both paid stuff today and DS1 is not at work so I think he has been making plans to go and see a friend, he will need taking there and picking up.

I said I would make an appointment to get the house valued this week too but havent done anything about that yet!

Morning all! It's rather grey outside and I do hope the sun comes out later but right now it seems to be hiding. It's been lovely the last few days; nothing like the sunshine to make you smile.

Just skimmed through posts but not remembering a lot; head spinning with everything:

CY well done on the duvet cover but take it steady
Pigpen good luck with the crochet flowers - I can't crochet as it aggravates my RSI. Would love to see a picture!
Frizz sorry to hear about your teeth. I had a gum shield made for me years ago in hospital as I used to be a real tooth grinder but I don't remember how I got it done I'm afraid - probably through the GP?
Lynne well done with the Spanish lessons!!

Today I am walking Whiz with my friend first thing and have Agility at 1. Apart from that I'm free and really want to finish off the outstanding things from last week's list - my idea seems to be working well and I've done over half (even though it's only levels 1 and 2).

Regarding my problems with J, I've been to CAB and am going to the solicitor just for some advice on my rights on Tuesday. The more I think about it the more I think I should go and start afresh but I want to be sure I've exhausted every possible option before. I really genuinely believe he doesn't know where to start with his hoarding and he desperately needs help but I can't make him go - he has to want to. I wondered whether to say either he gets help or that's it but that's an ultimatum and he doesn't react well to them. Problem is it's not just his hoarding; I actually believe he is mentally abusing me by constantly running me down/destroying my self esteem. There will come a point, I'm sure, when I'll just say 'enough' and that'll be it but I've not quite got there yet.

Aww, just had to share - for anyone who remembers the nights of stripping beds, lol, we decided not to buy another pack of pull-ups as DS was dry 8 of 9 nights on holiday. Last night was his first night without :T

Bless, he's got his chest all puffed out this morning :)

:T:T:T Well done, Master Moo :T:T:T
Hope you enjoy your lunch out CY :D
Lynnejk, take care moving those bags of compost around - it's just the sort of thing to damage your shoulder even more :(

I had a busy day out yesterday, but all for meetings, appointments or learning. But I really enjoyed the long drives: the countryside is wonderfully fresh and bright with the trees bursting into leaf and the rape coming into flower.
New specs bought for £££
Current account transfer set up :money:
    ISAs sorted :money:

    My jobs for today:
    - S&S kitchen
    - S&S bathroom
    - deliver a card to a friend who is having a spinal op tomorrow
    - expecting 2 deliveries here
    - unpack new filing cabinet which arrived at 7.30 am yesterday :)
    - fill it with the contents of the broken cabinet and much of the stuff from the spare bed
    - file the rest of the stuff away where it should be
    - make umpteen phonecalls
    - send umpteen emails
    - take old broken filing cabinet to the tip (unless I can persuade DH to help! I know he has got stuff to dispose of from his man cave...)
    - get out in the sunshine for a walk or some gardening
    - practise some music that I need to be able to sing solo  on Sunday
    - do some reading

Will catch up later. (((Hugs))) spoons and sticks to anyone who needs them. Hope all Flyfriends have a good day x

    Morning all

Hugs, sticks, spoons & vibes to all!

    Well done Master Moo!

Yesterday I got all of my bills paid eventually (computer was running slow) and hit some targets with paying off my debts :D I paid an extra £10 to one credit card which means my washing machine I bought on it in February 2010 is finally paid for! Now there's big gaps date wise between purchases and they're all smaller ones like clothing so I should start flying through my list of things I'm still paying off. :) Paid another credit card (only used for 0% balance transfers to reduce the interest I was paying on the other one., it also has a slightly lower APR) and my payments towards the actual debt rather than just the interest has finally hit the £1k mark, just another £410 to go and that will be the first one paid off! I also paid off a payment plan on my Ar90s card and started making a dent in the amount I owe for the freeview box I bought just before Christmas when our other one died. Even though I've paid for all that my overdraft is still under £2k and I have my monthly biggest chunks of income due over the next 2 weeks (not so good is also the largest amount of bills going out on the 3rd :(), but as it currently stands my credit/store card debt balances have been reduced by over £400 so far this year and I haven't used any of them since Christmas :j I'm hoping to keep this up as I also have savings for the first time in a long time to cover the cost of things which usually end up on the credit card. I'm really hoping to keep clearing a monthly average of £100 (after interest is paid) on these debts for the whole of the year. However I am aware that some things in the house need to be replaced so the ar90s card might be making a number of outings :(

Today I was supposed to be going out with some friends from school who I haven't seen since 1995/1997 as I missed the last time they met up due to work. But we've had to rain check as each of us has had something else come up. So I'm going to use the time productively to catch up with work in between laundry loads and playing with Zack who's not been impressed with how busy I've been lately.

    This week:

Book Mr A delivery (Troll, dog food)
Phone VIP line for petshop and get my account unlocked
    Laundry!!!!

    Wednesday:
Text mas customers to arrange delivery for tomorrow
    Organise deliveries not finished :o
    Newsletters

    Thu:
    DD - club
    Deliveries to customers

    Fri:
    Bank
    Books to school
    Books to customers
    Mas deliveries

Okay its taken me an hour to write this. I best go tick some jobs other than laundry off the list!
