Waaahhh. I want another day of weekend
We've crammed a lot in but it's been a good one. I'm desperate for bed, haha, but I need to wash up and tidy the kitchen, make lunch and sort school and work stuff. DS has lost a permission slip, although it may be at school already, but I've written him a note. "But what if I lose that too, mam?" "Then you won't be able to go, pet!" Honestly, I know he's still quite little but he needs to learn to take a bit of care with his school stuff and maybe missing a trip will focus the mind! (It isn't a big trip - only a few from his class visiting another school, so it's not a big thing).
DD has done fabulous dancing this weekend, I'm so proud of her - she got really stuck in and smiled and thoroughly enjoyed it instead of looking like she'd had her 'arris smacked, lol. And I managed not to lose either of them, on either day of the festival. Lol.
Right, I suppose I'll crack on and get the house ready for bed, so I can get me ready for bed
Back to paid stuff tomorrow - hopefully for just one more month!Bossymoo

Quick update before I go to bed/join you on the new thread.
Printer problem was due to the reservoir where the cartridge heads get cleaned being full.It took me well over an hour to take the printer partly apart and soak up as much ink as I could, then a few more attempts to get it printing without leaving lines and smudges. Oh and lots of hand sanitizer to try and remove the ink from my hands!
Narco - Hope the physio helps and your shoulder is better soon.
Dizzy - What a nightmare! My electrician friend laughed at me asking him to come round and fix something minor, until he saw the state of the wiring. Which reminds me I need to speak to the landlady about getting her electrician in to do the safety certificate.
Pigpen - DD needs new school shoes as well, but at £70 a pair she'll have to wait until I've paid the rent etc on the 3rd, since I've also just had to buy her new school & PE trousersI know they'll last that long so I'm not too worried.
Valli - Congrats on baby Jack
This week:
Book Mr A delivery (Troll, dog food)
Phone VIP line for petshop and get my account unlocked
Laundry!!!! - weekly stuff done, but I still have household & dog stuff to wash!
Books to school - Monday morning first thing, after I've been to Mr A
DD has been great this weekend. She helped clean the livingroom yesterday morning, then got stuck into the ironing clearing it all except the stuff that was still on the line drying! Then today she's dusted through upstairs, changed her bed, helped me put the cover back on the sofa & then the throws on as well. Plus she helped put out the majority of the books for work while I was doing battle with the newsletters.
Anyways, I'll see you on the new thread :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
