The seller has feedback of 97.3%, he also has withdrawn feedback visible on his first page, surely that should make most sensible buyers think carefully.

  • You can now see that one of the scamsters, Liam Kennedy....probably not his/her real name, has now been struck off by ebay and is "no longer a registered user."

I told ebay when this ad first went up, no reply.

I waited for someone to get stitched up and lose their money, they did.

I waited for the negative feedback to arrive, it came.

I waited for the user to be struck off, he/she was.

This is gonna happen again and again and again and better still , as i speak, STILL NO REPLY FROM EBAY EITHER THANKING ME FOR TIPPING THEM OFF, OR EXPLAINING TO ME WHY THEY DID NOTHING ONCE AGAIN!!!

Its criminal and nothing will be done by ebay. Well done to them, you've aided and abetted another scam of which, if you were paid for the listing, you (yes you ebay) profitted from. Enjoy your blood money.

Im not reporting any more fake listings to them even tho i find 5 or 10 new ones every day. They dont wanna know so ill bury my head in the sand like everybody else, mind my own business and just come out with comments like "well, they should be more careful" etc etc etc , im sure that will make the poor b******* feel better.

    Til the next scam.

    Richie.

It seems so simple as to be incredible but eBay are not in the least bit interested in removing fraudulent and illegal auctions. Why should they? No-one's going to bother suing.

I have informed eBay of numerous auctions of obvious bootleg CDs and DVDs (hi there oppi2005 and others) and rarely is an auction pulled and usually only for listing breaches, not for reasons of legality. FACT don't seem to be interested. I think I might try Trading Standards next but I suspect I'll be wasting my time.

I am in the process of withdrawing from eBay for good, both as a seller and buyer, because I am sick of giving my custom to an organisation which condones and profits from bootlegging and counterfeiting and piracy.

They don't seem like scammers but why are they registered in France?
It always amazes me what people will pay for vouchers, £64 for £70 worth! Is it really worth the risk to save 6 quid?
  • How dodgy is this seller? http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/ben1072003/

No seller history and selling over £4,000 of vouchers and goods.

    He's selling:
£1,300 of capital bonds, yet only a few days ago he bought £60 of Capital bonds???

£900 of M&S vouchers, yet just a few days ago he bought two M&S credit receipts???

Did you notice that the first item he bought was a bag for BIN £3500
If I had been a seller on that item, I would have been !!!!!! myself that it was a scammer :rotfl: :rotfl:
