Andrewryan Hi!! It depends on when ovulation was and it can vary literally from person to person. Some people feel symptoms within a few days (during implantation) others done notice anything until week AF is due and some don't even get anything until after they have a BFP.
Sorry angel could it possibly be implantation just a bit later than expected?
Well I caved this morning and tested - BFN - I will defiantly now not be testing til Sunday.Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Andrewryan the midwives and doctors say you can't get proper symptoms until at least implantation (7-10 days after ov ish) although many women will say otherwise! The other thing to be aware of is many pregnancy symptoms are identical to pre-AF symptoms so you really can't know for sure until AF is late and even then cycles can change by a day or two.
I'm someone who honestly had no symptoms until I was about 6-7 weeks and started getting a bit nauseous, if it wasn't for the positive test I wouldn't have known!Officially Mrs B as of March 2013
TTC since Apr 2015, baby B born March 20170 -
Sorry for the bfn New although it could still be a bit early.
I doubt it's implantation, getting steadily heavier so I'm going to call CD1. Into cycle 14 it is then (I'd actually had to count how many cycles cos I'd lost track) I suppose the silver lining is that I'm almost certain I oved this cycle (never been able to say that before) & have a decent lp of 12 days. Roll on home time today so I can have a glass of wine & some chocolate

Hi all! Still around, still mooching, still waiting! And. ..
******* **** (Insert several swear words) ***** **** *** (and a few more) **** *** (and then a quiet year)
To put that into context, I've been trying for 4 1/2 years now, I did get pregnant once but lost the baby at 17 weeks. Now a friend has announced her pregnancy and we all know how sad or even devastated that can make you feel. Now said friend has just announced her 4TH pregnancy during that time. Yep, you read me, 4th, and the other 3 have all been successful. Its been a range of emotions since last night and the only one that I've not felt like has been congratulatory, upset, rage and a real f***k them attitude and instant block on Facebook.
Maybe I'm slightly emotional cos I'm right in the middle of ovulating and having sex is not looking good, I strained my blooming groin muscles and it blooming hurts and sex just makes it hurt more. But I have to have the sex or I won't get pregnant, but this means it carries on hurting and won't repair faster.
But I have a couple of rounds of Clomid waiting which I got pregnant on before, so if it doesn't happen this cycle, perhaps it will help next time!0 -
Updated angel, sorry AF has arrived! Glad you OV'd though and FX for next cycle. I know when I got my first BFP in December I was 1 day late and I had tested 2days before due AF and that was BFN so I'm still keeping fingers, toes, arms, legs & eyes crossed :rotfl:
Slinky - sending lots of hugs your way!!!Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Selina - It's hard to imagine how it must feel emotionally that far down the line. However it would seem sad to lose friends over this. I always try to think that there is always someone in a better/worse, happier/sadder situation to get me through but I know that doesn't help because everyone is entitled to their own feelings and way they handle a situation. Have you tried counselling? Sounds like you need that, especially after the loss you've suffered. Sending love and hugs.
I'm having lots of symptoms so I am back into the mindset there's a higher chance I have caught this month (the erratic BBTs made me think I was defo out). Trying not to get too excited though. Leaving it as long as possible to test0 -
FX firmly crossed for you here rachylou!!
Well AF due and I have had another BFN...still don't really 'feel' much like when AF arrives, I normally have quite bad tummy pain so I don't know. Still having some cramps and twinges, sore & veiny boobs, wet/creamy CM. just playing a waiting game now!Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:
