Wootsit, I am glad you arrived safely. Keep us updated on your adventure!
Sadly the plans last night changed as I got a call to let me know that the date of my cousins funeral has been set for next week so I spent a couple of hours speaking to family and organising travel/hotels.
Tonight we have some festive plans though as we are off out to look at everyones lights and have a chippy tea! We do it every year and I love it. I hope one day we can share it with our children too!
I am going to try and sneak some wrapping in before we go out too! The husband isn't home yet so I have some time!0 -
PKK- So sorry to hear about your cousin. Your plan for the evening sounds lovely thought, you've got me fancying chippie tea.
Tomorrow is my last day at work before Christmas, I'm off for nearly2 weeks which (if I am unlucky and get a bfn this cycle which I think I will*) falls in fertile week so it could be our chance to do lots of BD as we work opposite shifts so our dog isn't left alone for too long, so one of us is always too tired from being up at the crack of dawn.
*Although my lack of optimism doesn't stop me SS like crazy, sensitive to bad smells as when I was preg before and needing the loo frequently but not a UTI same as before too. I think its my body tricking me though.0 -
I think I may have miscalculated when I ovulated. If I got a positive OPK Test on Monday 3rd (I think the Sunday was a little on the faint side to be positive) then I probably only ovulated Tuesday. Probably a bit too eager! so that makes me 8DPO today. I tested this morning and it was BFN but no surprise if only 8DPO. Going to continue though with my internet cheapies then use my FRER on Sunday.0

AP what a wonderful story! Sounds like you could write a good book!
Hope you have a wonderful time wootsit and here's hoping the fresh air will bring you lots of baby dust!
Aww my heart goes out to you PKK, I will certainly be thinking of you next week. Tragedy at the best of times but just right before Christmas is awful! Wishing you all the strength for next week!Debt Free as of December 2020 👏

wootsit - Coromandel is beautiful.
MissMoose - symptom spotting is awful... I was cutting the grass the other day (we have a ride-on mower) and with all the bouncing around I thought to myself, "hmm, my boobs are ... really..... sore" with the growing realisation that they had been sore for a few days. (It's never a symptom I usually have for any other time of the month!!!)
I shared with a friend today and as we hugged goodbye she said "wow, your boobs are like rocks"!!!!! :rotfl:
AF is due on Monday - I'll see how long I can last without testing... I have a pregnancy test left over from when I had suspect symptoms 2 years ago - not sure if they are still in date though!!!Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock0 -

Thanks for your kind words about next week ladies. I must admit with the op and the funeral I am not looking forward to next week at all. To be honest this year hasn't panned out the way I hoped at all so I will be glad for 2019 and *hopefully* our plans coming together then!
Just a quick flying lists update as I've got a to do list 20 foot long and of course got to make sure it's an early night in fertile week 0 -
Got my fingers crossed for you PKK! Was at the drs today and mentioned about ttc, she suggested I make a gyny appt...they're all booked up so have to try in the new year. Quite surprised they would even do that at this stage!Debt Free as of December 2020 👏

So sorry to hear about your cousin PKK - thinking of you. I hope you get through your list and can make the most of your fertile week! Fingers crossed for you!
Aunts-P sounds promising! I would have caved and tested haha! I am sure they still workwhen are you planning on testing?
CCJ that is good that they are talking about appointments - even if it isn’t where anyone would want to be it means that they can hopefully sort something out if it doesn’t happen before. Plus hopefully it will happen whilst you wait
1940s not long to wait til Sunday (although it probably feels like a lifetime!) I swear the 2WW is slower than any other time!
Missmoose - fingers crossed for you - hopefully a nice relax will do us all some good on the baby dust front
I am not sure where I am in my cycle - Ovia says my fertile week started today so been taking advantage of the hubby being relaxed and enjoying ourselves! He is out walking a huge hill and I didn’t fancy that so have been relaxing at the beach! Everyone seems to have babies or be pregnant! I hope everyone has a lovely Friday :j0 -
